Take 5 Oil Change

I rarely do reviews but I just had to come share what an immaculate experience I had at this Take 5. It was my first time and the process was fast and easy but what made it such a great experience was the crew! Jaelynn, Jay and Anthony were exceptional! I spent the rest of the day telling my family friends and coworkers about how amazing they were and how they made this “dreadful chore” a great one! For all the girlies out there that have been neglecting an oil change because the bigger mechanic shops are intimidating, we’ll let me tell you that this is where to go! You get to stay in your car while they do the most to make sure you look forward to coming back! Anyways thank you to the crew for being awesome! My Mustang and I appreciate y’all! Can’t wait to go back.(:

Really great crew. James was great. The gal in the pit was great too. Asked her to check for damage to undercarriage from running over something on freeway and she looked and no damage. Yay!! Was offered a bottle of water when I drove up from James. Everyone was very polite. A great experience. Will bring the rest of our vehicles there from now on. Price was great too. Everything was checked and topped off. Fast trip to Texas for Thanksgiving and back to Mesa. Whowho!! Thank you sooooo much!! I went to take 5 yesterday. Had the oil and filter changed in my VW Jetta tsi. Full synthetic. Didn't even have to get out my car. That carries a lot of weight. To a lazy fat boy like myself. Hahaha. But on a Sirius note. This bunch of fine people took care of me. Quick and precise. They are very knowledgeable. I could tell they take pride in there work. If your car need a oil change. And you don't have an hr. Go see the good fokes at take 5. 2635 E Broadway Rd in the fryes lot Lindsey an Broadway. You aren't going to find a better price. And you can't say you don't have 5 min. The best part was. I didn't have to get out of the car because I'm actually in a wheelchair and it was so much more convenient. But the second cool thing was it. You had 2 women working there. Yeah, we're just unbelievably courteous. Kind and amazing.

Showed up around 7:30pm no other customers were there so I got in right away. Two young men came out offered me a bottle of water and started right away. There communication with me and each other was awesome. The fact that I heard everything they were doing and that they showed me my air filter and cabin filter before replacing them ( like I asked) was awesome. They had me start my car, shut it off and start it again checking the oil levels twice. They cleaned my windshield and I was on my way. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Pice was fair and they didn't try to push me to get any other services, which is very nice. I am pleased with the service I got and I will go back again.
