My daughter has just gotten her temps. I took her to get her first oil change. The men at this location, Tee (hood), E(pit), Dennis(Safety), Cam (MoD), Tee (Svc writer), were nothing but amazing! They walked my daughter through the steps of an oil change. They guided her in, which, yes, she was afraid of, with no problem, showed her all the levels of all the fluids they were checking. And on top of all that, this was the FIRST TAKE 5 location that had ever checked or looked at my radiator fluid, showed me what it should looked like and what it did look like. Theses gentleman all were amazing and I please hope that this message gets to them. My 17 year old new driver and I will always appreciate the kindness and skill and thoughtfulness of teaching her the basics of an oil change will do for her for the rest of her driving career! We will never forget this! Thank you guys so much! Thank you, Amy and Lilin Zwieg Chocolate covered Espresso beans, forever!

3 stars. Oil change went smoothly but none of my other safety checks were done but was marked completed. Caused me concern because I was getting on the road for the weekend.

I'm giving them three stars because I had talked to somebody on the phone or representative or whoever it was and they said they sent me a $25 discount on my oil change and when I got there and told them about it they was letting me know that that person was in North Carolina or somewhere and I didn't care nothing about none of that they posted drop that off so that's why they getting that score
