Not very happy with the last two experiences at this same location. They put about a half a quart too much oil in. And my oil filter is leaking because it was not tightened down enough. Though I did take it back to the manager and he fixed it promptly.

I like that I can sit in my car while I'm getting an oil change and that they were very quick. Other than that the prices are very very high and I thought that they would have fill up my fluids for the price that they charged me.

Not a fan. I came in for a simple oil change and left with my car knocking every time I hit the gas. All he did was show me an oil filter and told me it wasn’t their fault. I don’t expect them to just calling responsibility not knowing what truly caused it. But the facts remain. My car wasn’t knocking when I came in and now it won’t stop and I’m stuck with figuring it out.

My overall experience was outstanding since the moment that I arrived I was greeted with a smile, I was handed a bottle of water. I was attended by friendly and very professional staff. Austin & Justin really went the EXTRA MILE. Great job ! I’m looking forward to seeing you guys in the future.

Everyone was nice, but yall have lost your unique selling point. It’s supposed to take 5 minutes not 50 minutes. It’s very frustrating. You go there hoping for a fast oil change, then realize that will be far from the case, then some kids there trying to up-sale you. If this was a one time event, if the line was super long, I would understand, but that’s rarely the case.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have been here waiting for over an hour. After an hour of waitin, they finally came over to my car and opened the hood. And then went to check on a car that just pulled up and have stood back their talking for another 10 minutes and counting. This is ridiculous. Worst service ever. Update: the workers are screaming at each other and cussing during my oil change. I tried to leave but my oil cap had been taken off. When I turned my car on, it spray oil all over the window. Then I had to have an oil change. I have now been here for 1 hour and 26 minutes. I need to leave because I am late to pick up my daughter from daycare. This is hands down the worst experience I have had at any oil change location.

Daughter's car died yesterday..taken to a mechanic, and what apparently happened was "Whoever did her oil change last left the oil filter loose", and the inevitable happened.. Was told "I was able to reach under the engine and easily turn it".. Luckily Take5 is a large company, and they may take care of it, BUT people need to know. This is a headache that could have / should have been easily avoided by doing it right the first time.

My review is a warning for a "worst case scenario". I brought my car in to be serviced, mistakes were made during the service. To the point where my car has been in the shop for the last 10 days. The company that handles incidents for Take5 , is to say it plainly , terrible. It's been 10 days since my car has been in their system , and I have no contact from the "senior" customer service agent. I have called repeatedly, emailed, and even called corporate to no avail. It seems that I'm on my own to pay the damage that was caused by Take 5 if I ever want my car back again. I would never recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and set up an appointment somewhere else instead of just stopping in for service.

Take your vehicle literally anywhere else. They used a faulty machine on my car, causing a crack in my radiator. And they didn't even bother to put the gas cap back on.

This place used to be really fast really professional now the past two times I’ve tried to come in there. I’ve spent almost 45 minutes and didn’t even get into a bay either time. I suppose if you want a slow expensive oil change come here.

he did not check my oil correctly , claimed it was full when it was not . anybody is hired st take 5 all you need is an arm and a leg
