I have been to several different locations over the years for an oil change, but this has become my go-to place. Staff and managers are always kind and informative. They aren't pushy about getting you to replace things. They will just let you know their recommendations and let you decide. Most importantly, they are pretty efficient. I can recall only one time when I had to wait more than 15 minutes.

Oil change went fine, they were all professional and courteous.. only thing that bothered me is they slammed my hood down hard which is not necessary and also used pliers on removal of my oil cap which left teeth marks on it. Not happy about that, otherwise ok job.

Take 5 Motto is incorrect. It is always the 45 minute or more. If your the fastest oil CHANGE in town, what is that metric based on?

Well, They were nice enough, but they dropped a 24mm socket into one of the crevasses of the top of my engine, so my “Five-Minute Oil Change” took more like 40 minutes. But, what can you expect when you have a bunch of kids running your business. Perhaps you should invest in an extendable magnet, about $5 or less at Harbor Freight..

Hi all, if I could give these guys more stars, I would. Not only did I receive the most polite, kind & courteous customer service. But they made up for 2 previous (horrible) interactions at their sister locations. I had originally gone to a Take5 in Odessa Tx on Andrews HWY. I got there at 7am, and close to 9:30 they told me "sorry we do not have the correct filter we can't do the oil change for you" & refunded me after they had already charged me. So, I drove from Texas to Oklahoma with no oil change. Then I went to a Take5 in Moore Ok on Western, and after 2 hours there, they told me "we charged you for the Mobil 1 oil, and changed the oil, but we didn't change out your filter, go to one of our sister branches and they'll set you straight".. 😂💀 So, for the past 10 days, I had not been able to make the time to go to a "sister" location. Until today, that is. After I spoke to one of the guys and explained the situation, he quickly took this over to his manager, and they said they would make this right. They said if they did not have the correct filter, they would find me one. They apologized on behalf of the other 2 locations & re-did the whole oil change and replaced my filter at NO CHARGE!!! 😭🫂 Talk about taking ownership on behalf of a whole franchise!!!!! I am glad I found this location, just when I was about to turn my back on Take 5 after 8 years of being a loyal customer. There are certain things you can't teach to employees, & everyone here semed to actually enjoy their job. They communicated the whole time with each other, and that was beautiful to see. Will definitely use them with this and all my other vehicles!!! No lie, such good vives!
