Take 5 Oil Change

This was the absolute worst service that I have ever received at any car maintenance provider. I went to take five because I wanted a quick and easy service. They were the exact opposite of quick or easy. I was stuck in their line for an hour before I was pulled into a bay and then it was an other hour before they told me that they didn’t have the right tools to properly drain the oil from my car. (Whatever vac they use was full and I heard them talking about how they didnt want to drain it- I had literally just watched them use it full functioning on the car before me) I wasted 2 full hours of my life waiting for someone to help and in the meantime had to listen to the three people on staff non stop complaining about how they wanted to go home. They were texting on the job, eating snacks, and dragging their feet the whole 2 hrs that I sat in that line. Hands down the worst customer experience. Do not go to the take five located on Goldenrod and lake under hill - you will be disappointed and frustrated.

They were super chill and nice, got my oil change yesterday they were super busy and it was past close and they still took care of me! Great service definitely recommend.

Was waiting for over 1hr for a 15 minute oil change crew at this location needs a true leader for this type of crew. Nothing but joking around customer had to come back because cover for oil pan was not put back correctly. I have been to multiple locations this has been the worse experience.

All of the employees at this location were absolutely amazing. They were attentive and fun to be around and offered my children and i water and fruit snacks which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be coming back to this location just to see them again!

Cold morning here in Orlando and despite they were cold those girls did amazing. Fast and reliable, impressed with their knowledge and the way they service my car. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I had a terrible experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional.(robert&girl) They took way longer than expected just joking as kids in the park , and when I finally got my car back, I noticed they hadn’t even topped off my fluids as promised. I won't be returning….. I'm not posting video because it's really shameful

I used to do my own oil changes but ever since an accident I’ve ceased and I’ve started taking here for more than over a year. Last time I went, they’ve informed me that 3-4 bolts were missing and that the drain plug was mildly loose. I’ve told them that those bolts were lost here because I had ALL of them. Then they said that they couldn’t do anything because it was done in the past by other workers/management. Then they gave me an email so I can follow up with a manager/supervisor and I never got a reply. It’s egregious that I pay for the service and they lose my bolts, then I’m the one that has to replace them.

This is my second time here. The first time was an awful experience but I thought I’d give them a second chance. This experience was even worse. Waited at least 30 minutes after pulling into the bay before I was even acknowledged. Crew of four were more focused on their side conversations than working through the three cars in the bay. I’ve learned my lesson and will never come back to this location or any Take 5 locations.

Waited 45 minutes for an oil change and left. Looked completely unprofessional and would risk waiting longer for an oil change then wait here. Final straw was when they let the car in front of us leave with his heat shield dragging on the ground. Had to rearrange the line to get him back in. No thanks

I know it’s random to do a review for an oil change but it’s not the oil change I am actually reviewing. What caught our attention was the joy which the staff were working despite clearly struggling with a rush. They were kind to us and apologized several times for how long it took. We didn’t care, we weren’t in a hurry and everyone seems to be so miserable these days, it was a pleasure to watch them actually feel laugh and feel joy at work. Thank you Kayla, Desiree and Rob and anyone else working yesterday when your life got a little hectic but you remembered to breath and smile!

I pay a lot less and get a lot more at my usual shop. Really disappointing service. The wait was long to have had so many workers there. They didn’t keep accurate record of who was next in line, so I had an extra wait because they took a car that came after me before me. And the female manager clearly told me the order for the cars. Just simple courtesies were overlooked. its a younger group of individuals, Im use to dealing with professionals at my regular shop. i only came to this shop out of location convenience and time constraints. I can only hope they were able to pour oil competently. Won't ever go back.

I made a blunder and thought my car was not making it home the other night. I happened to pull into this shop and they took care of me. Imari and Kayla are awesome. They looked out for me and got me on my way that night.

I was very dissatisfied with the whole process and the service. I've been changing my oil at take 5 for the past 2 years. Were they treated you with a bottle of water And check tire pressure. Very professional but yesterday at this location on curry ford road was very unprofessional. I sat there for 10 minutes watching them talk with each other and didn't get a bottle of water. Didn't even check my tire pressure. They checked mae intake air cleaner which then only fastened one fastener left. The other one unfastened didn't feel comfortable with the job they did. I was crossing my fingers and hoping to God that my car would be okay and with this experience I think I'm going to go to valvoline's oil change.
