It was simple as advertised and even better I wasn’t harassed for upgrades (I came in with my own oil). I usually would get asked multiple times but the manager on duty offered 1x if I wanted anything done and they must’ve noticed the kids in the back and realized my urgency. I felt Robert and his team were effective and efficient, and especially when he told me that if I was under 3,000 miles from the previous oil change that I could come in and get up to two free quarts of oil to top off my engine until the need for the actual oil change! That seemed very caring to me!

I would like to say thank you to Jarule and Hunter for their superior customer service and leadership. I got my car an oil change at the Curryford location shortly after leaving my check engine light appeared on the dashboard. I immediately call Take 5 and spoke with Jarule. He advised me to pull over and wait for him to come in assist me with my vehicle. He and Hunter got to my location in a timely fashion. Upon arrival Jarule and Hunter assessed the situation regarding my check engine light. While assessing the problem they kept me informed an was very transparent with the situation and properly fix the problem. Jarule and Hunter demonstrated leadership, time management and informative with their duties as well as great customer service that all of your employees should emulate . They are true assets to your company your. Thank you

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and I must say my last visit was the best experience yet! Brent and his team had amazing customer service. They let me know my expected wait time, asked if I needed water and topped off my tires air. They were respectful when I declined any additional services and gave me quotes when I asked. I can tell something has changed with this location whether that be training or a change in management. I was very satisfied with my visit.

This is my location of choice. If you need an oil change, coolant flush, new wipers, or air filter I recommend going to this location and seeing Malachi and his team. Malachi always makes sure I'm well taken care of and I get exactly the service I need for my vehicle.

Wow!!! I actually went to get an oil change on my bday and they were all so pleasant from the jump. Jose greeted me and made sure my needs were taken care of. As a woman I’m always worried about coming to mechanics to get work done because I’m wondering if they are being truthful but I felt they were very honest and they did not try to push any services onto me that I didn’t need. They were also very honest about what I did need and made sure that my car was safe to drive on the road. Malachi was very efficient and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on with my car and cared about my safety on the road. He was very pleasant and understanding. I will definitely be back for my next oil change! Very friendly staff. Thank you!
