They are very professional and get the job done quickly. I especially appreciated Rey and the manager who cleaned my windows old school. They give you a bottled water while you wait.

I come all the way from sanford, just to have my oil change here. went to other 5 quarts and like the one in winter park and was given price that was almost triple. had a slight problem here with instructions on not wanting gas treatment. Called later and talk to management he ask politely what can he do to rectify problem. I was a little perturd because of up sales at other locations. He handle problem admirably. Thanks again

From my first visit up to yesterday this Take 5 location has the best customer service. I was told to come for top up and I was out of the time frame. But we found out that a mistake was made and I was given the top up and also discount on the gas cleaner. Both manager and assistant manager are really phenomenal.

Great service and such a friendly staff! I had my dog with me and they gave her a treat which I found so sweet. I was also given a water bottle which I haven’t been offered at any of the other locations. Than ran everything through me first before proceeding and I’ll definitely be coming back here moving forward! 😊

Horrible experience came in on 13 January 2025 a couple weeks later went to get a seal done only to find out. I only had 3 quarts of oil was supposed to get 5 quarts pay $80 plus tax for like I got ripped off if I could get this place is zero I would.

This location has very conscientious employees. They treat your car, the way you want it to be treated. Roy is the employee who will be the reason I keep going here. He’s thorough and pays attention to details.

Adrian was the guy who took charge of our oil change and per usual it was a great experience. There were 3 cars in front of me and we waited all but maybe 25 minutes. The actual oil change was super quick. They showed me my fresh oil - changed out my dirty filters - aired up my tires and even cleaned my windshield. 10/10 for this location.

Best place I’ve been to thus far. These handsome gentleman will offer you water and they know exactly what your car needs. They cleaned my window and topped off my oil I actually didn’t need an oil change my oil was still clean and instead of taking advantage Ray offered to top my oil and fixed my maintenance req light. They definitely have a loyal customer in me now. 😊

I pulled in for an oil change with my coupon in hand. I was told only Mobil oil (most expensive) was available for $130. I said, “no thanks, I’ll pass” the technician said hold on and proceeded to walk off. He came back and offered the Take 5 oil for $85. Reasonable price, but he already made the mistake of saying it wasn’t available. I did not proceed. He should know before saying a state such as, “We only have Mobil Oil for $130.00”.
