The staff were very professional and helpful especially Fred and the rest of the guys too . There was a slight waiting period, but they communicated with me from the beginning, it was understandable. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Suave the store manager was awesome. Kind, polite and curteous staff. I dislike getting my car serviced because I’m a young woman and I’ve had bad experiences doing it in the past, they made me feel at ease:) I literally did it on my work lunch break it was so fast. Also, when I called the help line to see the wait time they gave me a $25 off coupon. Plus, they offer free tire check up any time and oil top up. Love take 5!

First time this location. Impressed and that will be my go to for oil change. I have been to a Take 5 before and other places as one has to keep up with oil changes. No one has ever checked the filter in glove box except this location. Wow- that cleans the air I am breathing. Awesome

I went there recently to get an oil change and left out of there with transmission fluid leaking out my truck!!! Why play these type games??…….. And to think that I even tipped the female because I just knew they did a good job….👎🏽 Never again!!!!!

One of my favorite express type of auto places. They never beat me over the head trying to upsell me. I have been bringing one to two cars here for the last three years and they have been consistent with their level of great service and friendly yet professional and always helpful approach to handling whatever is thrown at them

This location always has such great customer service. My most recent visit unfortunately a customer became out of hand with their demeanor to the point where I left. I returned same day as I still needed an oil change, and the staff (specifically a gentleman whose name tag said BB) were very apologetic (which was not needed considering it was not their fault) and excellent in their customer service towards me. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here, you will be in good hands!

7ish year customer. Always professional. I do like to call ahead or drive by just in case there are a lot of people because 3 people in front of you quickly turns your 10 minute oil change into a 40 minute visit and there are some peak hours you might want to avoid. This is my favorite location. The customer service is great even when there are new hires. I love the free top off of all the fluids between oil changes and the always free tire pressure checks. Suave and a fairly new to me employee Charity (i think that's her name) have top tier customer service. Thank you all for the consistency and reliability. * I think the sign is gone but I'll always honk for the great service. 👍🏽 👍🏽

I think I dodged a bullet today, usually I go here first thing in the am and the service is great! Today I went in the afternoon and sat in the bay for 35 minutes without anyone attending. They appeared to be understaffed, I kindly asked CJ to guide me out and was obliged.. bye! 2/20/24 Added 2/21 Went back this morning and was met by the cohesive, hard working team that I’m accustom to. +1 star for now because afternoon shift needs work. PM - Please take the opportunity to learn from your morning time peers that understand professionalism, teamwork, and communication. 11/5/24 - Getting back on track +1 ⭐️
