Convenient concept however they didn't do all the things they claimed they did. They did not top off washer fluid or clean my windshield. I reminded them to fill my tires. Hopefully I got an oil change which was my main reason for visiting.

Great service today from Take 5 on E. Bell Road. Very professional but friendly. In addition to a quick oil change all of the fluid levels were checked, and tires were checked for correct pressure. Aiden provided top notch service and I highly recommend Take 5.

Techs were great when they wernt just walking around yelling at each other about non car related stuff and when I got home had oil dripping down due to them making mess and not washing down the splashed oil mess had to wash off filter area and around drain plug

Damaged my brake system. I was driving down the road and the engine stopped because there was a malfunction in the brake system. Literally two blocks away from pulling out of their driveway and getting them to help has been a nightmare. You can’t reach anybody at the local shop And their call center is worthless. Will never go back again! This is the location on W. Bell Rd.

I know it's not the on sight staffs fault but this company lies about pricing just to get you down there. When you get there they charge you TWICE of what you were told on the phone. Huge waste of time as I am not paying $100 for an oil change when I was told it would be $56 plus tax. Totally wasted my Sunday morning going down there for no reason.

Last week I went to take five to get an oil change This system broke down and they could no longer check customers in and out I was given a $25 coupon for my next time I come in Came in two weeks later They would not honor it Stating the gentleman who gave it to me, did not work there anymore They constantly try to upsell you On higher premium oil Coolant changes Steady and I was low when I was barely under the full sign Kept asking if I wanted to air filter, even though I told him I was going to Walmart after to put my own in because I do the cabin one at the same time

Nope! Dont do it. Normally quick oil change places are masters of convenience. They do just an okay enough job that it’s easier to go there then take the half hour to change your own oil. Not anymore. Between the teenager talking down to me, thinking that will enable them to upsell me on oil and the manager rubbing their keys on my car for the record yes my car is old and scratched/dented from off roading that doesn’t mean I want your keys rubbing on my quarter panel. I’m done. I’m back to changing my own oil. This will save me some money and if I miss the take 5 experience I’ll have my kid help by talking down to me while I change my oil.

Shane at the bell rd/7th street store was excellent. His customer service skills are great. This was the best oil change experience I’ve had, by far. I will recommend this location to my kids, friends and anybody who asks!
