Been Going To This Location For 3 Years & This Time They Were Extremely Disappointing. I Got There Right When It Opened, 2 Young Men Started Working On My Car (Can Tell They Were New) Only Them There. As More Cars Started To Arrive, I’m Not Sure If They Got Nervous, But They Finished A Lil Faster Than What Im Used Too. As I Left I Didn’t Notice A Thing (As I Always Go There So I Didn’t Expect Bad Service) Come To Find Out The Next Day I Hear Something Odd While I’m Driving, My Friend Who Is Following Behind Me Tells Me Something Is Hanging On The Bottom Of My Car, He Looks & Its My Protective Shield That Is Supposed To Be Attached To The Bottom Of My Car! I Had Been Driving It Like That For Over A Day & He Said It Could Have Caught On Fire!!! For The Amount They Charge Me Something Like This Should NEVER Happen. I’ll Never Go Back, Just Imagine If I Hadn’t Found The Problem In Time & My Car Go Up In Flames‼️

I brought in my dads truck in cuz I know its been a while since we changed the oil. I had no clue what I was doing cuz my dad used to handle all of this before he passed away. Worse place to ever get a oil change, when they did my car they completely blew my engine, then they fought me trying to say there wasn't enough proof that it was there fault when the manager told me it was 100% take 5 fault, we just finally got the ok for them to pay for my new engine after 2 and a half months of fighting them, they will never get my business again, also can't get ahold of the company that represents them so they can get me a rental, completely ridiculous

idk his name but he did the best job made me feel safe and he got out of his way to show me the filter and let me take a picture of it and he was so nice and kind he gave me a water my car runs better then ever 1000/10 i forgot his name he has a turquoise Honda Accord w mans fr i would marry him no homo but i miss him i wanna change my oil agin oh and he took it out his time to check my car agin im bring the g37 w a ls2 swap j for him he my ninja🥰

Absolutely horrid experience. Waited for 49 min while 3 cars that arrived after me were serviced. No communication from the children running the place, there needs to be an adult on shift at all times they don't know how to run the facility.

I always have a great experience at Take 5 but this was the first time anyone asked to check my cabin filter! I didn't even know there was such a thing. My car smells so much better and drives safer all thanks to Ace! He even got me 25% off my purchase. Absolutely fantastic service, highly recommend.

RIP-OFF!!! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. They lure you in with a "special" and then state that they don't have your car's oil in stock. Lastly, they don't even honor their advertised coupons. "Upcharge" should be the name of this place! Total scammers!!

The customer service here was great. The tech was awesome and we even met the Manager, who helped worked on my car and that’s where the good things really end. A few days later my car made some funny noises and I had a feeling I should take it into the dealership, where I normally get oil changes, to discover that the Hyundai drain plug for my engine was replaced with an aftermarket that did not fit. Causing copious amounts of oil spilled out into my engine and every where else. So much so that if I had not taken it into the dealership my engine would have seized, destroying my car. Over someone being lazy and not checking to see if they grabbed the correct drain plug. Also in an effort to upsell me and show me the engine filter that “needed” to be replaced. The tech managed to snap off the tabs and break the door off the box that houses my filter. Rather than saying anything or trying to fix it/ offer to replace it, my filter was just thrown back in where it rattled around, got damaged and now needs to be replaced. After this entire ordeal, it is going to cost me $417 to have all of these things fixed and addressed at the dealership where I should’ve just taken my car to begin with. I will NEVER be back and will be addressing all of this with the BBB.

The tech Ace was nice professional an took care of everything with the oil change an recommended the coolant replace cause it was long over due take 5 is the place to go 67 ave if u want the best oil change where they do it right the 1st time
