Had the oil changed and coolant flushed. The fluid tank got plugged when they didn’t. Plus an air bubble

Over-tightening the oil pan plug on several cars now.... After my most recent oil change I am leaking oil out of my Prius at a rate where I can't work or drive the car outside of to get it fixed. Also during this process at one point they left the skid cover unfastened and it was dragging... ugh!! Not what I was expecting from a $120 dollar oil change. I am losing money not working as I use my car for work, and on putting my own oil in it. I need a new oil pan now and the fix is roughly $500 dollars that I cannot afford. Managers don't reply to emails or just give you a number to call. The mainline from the website for the company is disconnected so no help there. I emailed the listed addresses given as well, with no response.... I would at least like a refund for my last couple oil changes so I can help offset the cost of the impending repair. Don't know where to go from here really...just wanted to warn others. It sucks, I really liked this place, however it seems the work thats done and the way the company operates is too insufficient. If you are thinking about coming here, check their complaint page on the Better Business bureau site beforehand.. the end result for anyone with an issue has seemed not good... ***** as of 7/16/24 I still have received no help. I had also been informed by this company they they also over tightened my oil filter and it needs to be “impacted” off. How convenient for them to pass the problem onto another shop. Still never talked to anyone from cooperate or gotten the opportunity to file a claim. The area manager over there just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do and gave me a phone number that doesn’t lead to anything again. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR IN ITS PROPER WORKING CONDITION. THANKS TAKE 5!! for the 500 dollar out of pocket cost I’m going to have to cover to get my oil pan replaced!

The reason this establishment5 is receiving 5 stars from me is because they deserve them. First of all, we were greeter with a smile and smile and a cool bottle of water for ALL the occupants in the vehicle at the time of arrival. YES!!! I was skeptical at first, but as the transaction went along, all skepticism went out the window!! The oil change was fast and efficient and I will be returning for my next oil change. Good at oil change. But never checked any of the fluids. Never checked my tire pressures. My tires were low. Had to go fill them myself. So sad!!!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. Both gentleman were courteous, friendly & professional. The work was done efficiently with everything being done explained to me. Highly recommend them. I wil be returning!

Nice guys but one of the techs got oil all over my door door handle, hood and must of had oil on his clothes cause he got oil from them where he laid up against my car to service it as well oil in the engine compartment. Called the store to talk to a manager and of course got routed to a corporate office where they said they would get in touch with the manager and have them call me back which hasn't happened. This is my second time The first time went well I also pay $100 for the oil change which is a half regular oil with some synthetic blended in kinda of thinking this is a little pricey I think after this experience I'm Mark just start looking around for something a little cheaper it's just a four-cylinder commuter car.

Stopped in for an oil change Saturday, November 09. Soooo...constructive feedback, they could work a little cleaner. Now, in the defense of the two guys working, it was early, there we're already quite a few people waiting the minute they opened the gates, with more on the way and some of them already a little ancy. On top of that, it appeared their equipmet wasn't ready to start the day either, the oil machine was being a little moody as it sprayed oil droplets under the hood and on my windshield which, subsequently, was not wiped clean. Had it not been for their Excellent Customer Service, they would have gotten 3 stars. It would have been 2 if the over spray was worse than it is. Great location, great prices, and great staff, as well as quick service. These guys are on it, just need to work cleaner. I understand they we're under pressure and had a lot going on. Despite this slight mishap which really wasnt that bad, I'll be back for my next oil change to see if I can leave them a 5 star rating next time. Thanks, guys, you were great. Management, please give them some better working equipment, they were already very Professional + Working Equipment = Tip Top Service.

Edit: two stars down to 1 star for the weak canned response to this and others honest customer reviews. You have lost my fleet account. Sorry guys, 3 strikes and you are out. I have taken several fleet vehicles here. The staff is always courteous but the workmanship leaves something to be desired. Every single truck I bring in has the air filter housing loose after they check it. Oil hand prints all over the hood and the engine bay, and oil dripping from splashing in the catch can under the trucks. I can’t have these trucks leaking in my customers driveways. And this time they left the radiator caps halfway on. Coolant spraying under my hood. And my expansion tank has a hose port snapped off with the hose Jerry rigged on there. When I asked if they had trouble with the expansion tank the tech told me no it doesn’t really matter I just had to cut it shorter. Why not just tell me if you broke it. I found a piece of hose they cut off and a glove left under the hood. All for 240 bucks. Now this trucks expansion tank needs to be replaced. I’m really glad I decided to check. Thanks guys.

More like take 60. Not enough workers to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time. I was shown my oil check after the change and it was still dirty and was told it will clear out while I drive. Avoid this place
