(Im a man and can dl my own oil change but out of lack of time and laziness i akways come here) Jesse always takes care of me! I had a cover that was loose and he went out of his way to put it back on. The whole staff Is friendly. Definitely recommend to my friends and family

Wife took our car for an oil change. Next morning driveway had a trail of oil. After cleaning the mess I waited 1 day to see if it was just residual but had the same amount of oil. Took the car back and they are saying the drip pan is cracked and will not cover the damage. This car was pristine with no known leaks/issues before this oil change and there is no outer damage to the drip pan itself. Not too happy with the service or response we received. I tried calling the number on the card all day with no answer and no option to leave a message because the inbox is full. The leak got worse after they tried to change the plug as they initially put the wrong one according to one of the employees. Hoping to get a hold of some level of management who can help. 10/13/2023 - it’s been more than a week since I opened up a case number with Take 5 customer service. They told me I would receive a call within 24 hours of opening the ticket and I received no call back. I called again and they said they sent a message to the district manager and that I would receive a call back within 24 hours and I never received a call back. My wife went back to the location and spoke with the manager and he basically said it wasn’t my guys that caused that crack EVEN though the crack was not there before they did the oil change and even though one of the employees told me on the phone that they had installed the wrong plug but that it should still work. I’ve called them every day this week and customer service does not answer my calls. I’ve left voicemails as well to which they have not replied to. The service level seems to be just as bad with upper management as it is with the shop manager. Very displeased with the service and would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this shop. I attached more pictures of the car getting towed away. I checked the oil level and it appears all of the oil leaked out after they damaged it worse. The blanket is saturated with oil and even after I pulled it off the concrete is also saturated with oil. What a pain!!!! Update - After providing all of intimate details Take 5 took ownership of the damage observed. Although I was not happy with the level of service I received from the Take 5 location itself, I am thankful Corporate made the right decision to reimburse me. 5 stars for corporate and 3rd party Fleet for their assistance.

Had a bad experience. Bald guy seemed racist. He refused to do a oil change on a vehicle with Mexican car plates. I got skipped probably for being Latino. Was told a white had been here before I. That was complete lie I came fist. I left enraged. Wasn't in the mood for arguing. They would have done a horrible job anyways. The the other white guy with tattoos offered me water. I wasn't on his lane. Bald guy gave strange looks. I wonder why.

Worst experience. Car in front of me a White Nissan, was refused oil service. For having Sonoran car plates. Bald dude told lady he doesn't service Mexican cars. And said Julio down the road can take care of you. She left I was next. Same bald dude said. Go reverse. I said ok. Only to let another person in front of me, from another lane. She came 10 minutes before me. I been here before and had no issues before. But this new crew will give you an oil change with attitude. Glad I went to the Mexican shop. My respects them, they provided above and beyond service, for $8 dollars less. 👍

Had a less than good experience. Lots of fumbling around with getting my phone number, also odometer number; added an extra digit so I don't need another oil change for 190000 miles apparently. Spilt chemicals across the front of the vehicle and didn't clean it. And I was sold a cab filter for $50. Thank you for pushing me to do this myself next time.

I made an appt, showed up on time, they had me park in a hot garage on 100 degree day with no air conditioning and they didn’t start on my car until probably 40 min after the scheduled time. The prices are terrible, $84 for an oil change that is only good for 3k miles? I can go to the dealership, sit in air conditioning, have my car serviced on time and get at least 6k for the same price. They dont mention the extra fees either. I will never go back. Only redeeming quality is the employees were friendly and gave me a discount on over priced service and bad experience.
