Do no make an appointment here, the website allows you to schedule and sends multiple confirmation emails/texts but apparently this shop does not accept appointments. That being said when it was my turn (they do first come, first serve and actually watch who is there first and will jockey cars around to get you in) the crew there was competent, polite and efficient. I opted for Mobil One and liked that I saw the technician open sealed Mobil One quarts and put them in my truck, didn’t just come out of a large drum which could be anything really…It’s great not even leaving your vehicle and being able to watch what they do, they also give you a bottle of water while waiting….All in all these guys did a great job and they don’t control the corporate website, but just don’t go in thinking you have an appointment, otherwise great job!

Oil changes have gotten very expensive - at $100, it becomes with changing my own oil and I don’t have to wait in line. The team there was really great.

Went to get my oil changed and didn’t realize I wasn’t due yet because they didn’t fix the sensor. This time I still went through the oil change and was reassured they will fix the oil sensor. This was not done. The entire process was long, they took out my air filter didn’t know how to put that back took 10-15 minutes to figure that out. Lastly, the oil dipstick they couldn’t find where to place it back took another 10 minutes. Long story short, it’s a young and inexperienced crew I do not trust them handling anything with cars. I will now have to go to my mechanic and hoping they did not mess with anything.

Manager was training a couple of new employees but took time to answer my questions. I left feeling my car was serviced well and I had been treated well also.

I got my oil changed here three months ago and when I got home I noticed something was hanging under my car, so I went back and they supposedly had not screwed something back in and “fixed it”. I just got my oil changed at another location today and they informed me that there was a zip tie in place under my engine holding a piece in place, so this Indian School location, damaged my vehicle due to negligence and then lied to me and sent me on my way without telling me of their error and temporary fix. This location used to be fine but looking at other recent reviews it seems they are no longer employing the right staff and being dangerously negligent.

I was disappointed in the cost. For a “no frills” service it cost more than more regular mechanic who does a full diagnostic check. I appreciate the speed and professionalism of the service.

I went to the one on 7th avenue and Indian School two days ago. They were already moving slowly, but I get that. The problem came when I was instructed to pull over to the other stall. I was given conflicting hand signals about where to go to orient my truck correctly. One guy kept pointing to my right (turns out I needed to go the other way), another guy next to him was ultimately waving me forward and waving me back. Long sorry short, my tires hit the rim of the service pit a few times. Then, the guy I would surmise as the manager - slightly heavyset, bald, mild goatee - walks up to me and , very irate, very, very loudly, orders me backward much farther so I can see the pit to drive over it. His demeanor was highly unprofessional and the level of anger he expressed was not in proportion to the situation, by far. (How does he think I felt?) At that point I would have driven through and away, but I had waited that long and wanted it dealt with. Service took about thirty minutes, and when it came time to show me my oil level (post change), they almost forgot to do it. Then, it turned out I actually needed two quarts in. Between the rage of the manager guy and the nearly dry oil change, be assured, I will never come back to this store. I've been to other Take 5s around town and had zero issues, but this was a bad circus. That used to be the one I always used, but between this and an incident last year or early this year when I waited about 90 minutes for them to process each customer one by one, I absolutely will never return to the Indian school location.

The Oil Teplacement was fine. The Attendant without permission disconnected my AC filter to persuade me to spend additional money for a replacement. I repeated all I wanted was an Oil Change. I felt as if I was being hustled.

The work was done and they forgot to put my air filter back in and secure it. my car was driving without an air filter secured and the checking your light came on. It was a mistake I understand that but it could have cost me my engine. I was on the freeway when it started sputtering. I'm a veteran and I didn't even get a discount I tried to call to complain and no one answers the phone and when the Answering machine says they're gonna transfer it hangs up on you. I'm able to secure the air filter but if it was my mom she wouldn't know what to do other than take it to the dealer or a mechanic.

There service was good but now I'm noticing that I'm having a oil leak and at first I thought it was one of my siblings vehicle but turned to be mine 5 stars would've been good but since the oil leak i don't think I would go back.
