Not quite 5 minutes, but reasonably quick Waited about 10 for the truck in front of me, and my oil change took about 15-20 minutes start to finish. Overall a good experience with a price that was higher than competitors, but not crazy One oddity: they asked for my ID after scanning my car in and getting basic info. I didn’t think too much about it, but now it seems very odd. Been checked at hotels, car rentals, and liquor stores, but never for an oil change. Price was on the high side compared with competitors, but nothing outrageous. Nicely greeted while waiting and offered a water. You pull in and then they go right to work. No one actually talks to you about service right away. Different. Then, someone comes and scans you in and checks your ID? Different again. Then you pick your oil and other options (air filter, etc). Interesting / good experience overall. Never sat in the car while having any kind of service done before. Get to see a bit how the sausage is made… Clearly a couple of experienced guys and a couple of kids learning. Kinda nice to see actually… They have an interesting system of verbal call outs (safety, I assume). They do a nice job with tests/checks in general and even show you the dipstick before they close up.

Guys seem new, but it’s a new location and they were super polite and eager to learn. Robbie, the assistant manager, was super attentive and made sure the guys and myself were taken care of.

Really good service they always offer water at all locations I loved that they all introduced themselves and took the time to check everything out and showed you the process and what they have done.

Techs Anthony and Robbie were very thorough in their investigation as to what my car needed. And very polite and not judgemental. They worked very hard.

Such a great experience here today with Ray Ray and David. They were very helpful and personable. My new favorite location. Quick and easy for oil change, wiper change, filter change. They even checked my coolant. Offered air in my tires. He knew I was about to go on a trip and offered me to come back when I'm back to top off the oil. Everyone must go here! Blast them with business.

I loved thou location highly recommend it, Connor and Carson took care of me and really explained things well, also the manger David was really respectful and beautiful man, also bikini bean across the streeet got me acting P Diddy on a Friday night

Well... I must say that as a mechanic I've been to some places. This establishment has me swayed. First off, the level of customer service from the cold waters being offered, to the payment was stellar. My daughter was worried, however the kindness shown was enough to make her at ease. As a man/dad I find kindness in small quantities however this was a great experience of how people are still able to be kind.
