The gentleman who helped me was so courteous and kind. It was the first time I brought my car to have an oil change since my husband passed and I was a little nervous. I will definitely be back.

The worst place I ever gone too. My oil plus was damaged My hood sensors were broken there and my hood wouldn’t open. They have the worst customer service . They never fixed the issue or paid the damages after trying for months. Now I am careless !

Went for a drive through oil change today. Lady checked the quality of oil & recommended to wait for 2000 miles before changing. Was very happy with honesty & saving me money. Filled other fluids & checked air pressure free of cost. Will go back again there.

Lizz and company are honest and it shows; I came in to get an oil change (it was time mileage-wise), and they proceeded to check all my fluids, show me how clean they were, and say that I don't need one yet - come back in 2k miles. Never had a shop do that before, and I really appreciate it and will be back because of it!

It was a smidge on the pricey side, but the employees we’re helpful, store conveniently located, and the job well done. It was in and out of there in about 15-20 min. Definitely recommend!

My 18 year old daughter went there for service and was made to feel uncomfortable by the technician. He kept asking for her number,Snapchat or insta. She told him she was not interested and no and he continued to hit on her. She said he was very creepy and made her feel unsafe.

My check engine light came on as I left from getting my oil changed there yesterday - 11-11-24 (it wasn’t on before). Car was jerking/pausing as I’m trying to accelerate and I figure maybe it’s just adjusting to the oil change or something. It was not doing this beforehand. It was my only day off so getting this done was imperative. I tried calling the number listed on my receipt - it didn’t even ring - only to get a message that says “The person I’m trying to reach has a voicemail box that isn’t set up. Good bye.” That’s unacceptable for a business. I call the number from a Google search, eventually get to speak with a woman at a claim center whose abruptness I didn’t appreciate. Eventually, she transfers me to the location…”voicemail box is not set up. Good bye.” So, guess I’ll be filling a claim now. SMH. Oh, and the conversations been the workers were extremely inappropriate!! Using the n-word in a work setting among customers is out of pocket! I won’t be going back there ever.

Uzi & Jacoby were friendly and efficient! Thank you for an easy process for my oil change. Also thank you Jacoby for offering me a discount when the coupon that was sent to me from the service number didn't work! That was awesome!
