I went to another place for the same service. I was disappointed to hear the location lacked the tool necessary to do the job. Although the staff was great. But being ill equipped to perform service because the tool needed you don't have is, KRAZY. But my Mom who goes to Jiffy Lube told me to try them. I called and later went in for my oil change. I had a great experience. Everyone was welcoming they did a great job. Everything was transparent. I will use the Williamsburg Road location again on a Sunday.......IF YOU READ CAREFUL I WENT TO JIFFY LUBE....THE RATING DEFINITELY ISNT A FIVE STAR WHEN I DIDNT GET MY SERVICE AT TAKE5.
