We had a very bad experience but understand that different types of factors were likely involved. Not interested in explaining every detail. I think workers need standardization, protocol, training and customer service skills. Know the names of the tools you use. Realize customers are listening to your words. Don’t say things that erode confidence in your ability. Never respond to an upset customer with a physical threat. We won’t be going back to Take 5.

Went here on my lunch break thinking it was going to be quick and it was EVERY bit of slow! I was there for 45 minutes. I was told it would be a total of $72 with my military discount and was charged $80. When I asked why, the guy said it took more oil than they thought. Initially when they finished and he had me start the truck, all I heard was liquid spilling all over the place. Pure garbage!! That was my first and LAST time going there.

Great experience here! The team was kind, professional, and very resourceful! Chris and Yandriel are phenomenal techs. They informed me of an old bolt on my oil filter and replaced it and they informed me of a missing windshield cap. They walked me through the whole process being very CLEAR about the price, status of my car, and future benefits of getting another oil changes with them. Their service was phenomenal and impeccable. I greatly appreciate their customer service and recommend the both of them.

I would not get an oil change here. The staff was very rude and did not inform me of what the process was. They did not have the oil i requested for my truck. Instead, I was charged a higher rate for "the only oil we have available" according to the staff. I feel ripped off and don't know what oil was put into my truck. Horrible service. Horrible staffing. Horrible experience!!!!!
