Today I went for my oil change at Hyland Dr.—— because —-it is the most Amazing place . I make sure I tell everyone I know that this is the BEST place to get your oil changed. The team is so polite, friendly & kind ; Just a wonderful experience ,the team today was so genuine & nice enough to let me know & showed me that my air filter was in very need to be replaced. They explained to me the purpose of how it effect. my car. The most Awesome team that greeted me with a bottle of water,& the with UT MOST kindness!! Too of the line service!! This is BEST oil change experience you will have with the HIGHEST respect & kindness ! That’s what they offer!! All give the red carpet service . That’s why I Definitely went back after all this awesome treatment from my prior visit. Special Thanks to ShakharW., Autumn,Devin,Dave! All at this location are Fantastic! Stop by for your oil change and Believe me you definitely will not be disappointed!! As you will receive AMAZINGLY kind & genuine , honest , service from a Fantastic team!!! I just had an amazing experience here at the Take 5 oil change on 840 Hylan dr. I was cleaning my car when I realized it was time for me to get my oil changed. I’ve been very busy with school and working and didn’t have time to make a appt so I just stopped by. I was quickly greeted by both Marcus and Devin and in no time I was able to get my oil changed. Not only were these two guys great at informing me of my options on the oil quality I was also encouraged to change out my air filter which I’ve never even knew I needed too. Devin and Marcus were very polite kind and attentive. Thanks guys for a job well Done. Professional employees are a rarity now days. You’ll definitely see me again

Would give 0 Stars if I could I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. What’s supposed to be a quick oil change service turned into an hour-long ordeal. The entire process felt unorganized, and it was clear the employees didn’t know what they were doing. They didn’t even bother to check my tire pressure—something that should be standard for this type of service. If you’re advertising fast, efficient service, you should deliver on that promise. I could have gone elsewhere and saved time, money, and frustration. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time having oil change here. I was greeted with kindness and given detailed information on products that my car would need. The oil change was down in a timely fashion. The staff showed professionalism throughout the time I was there. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Don't go here. Reviews are fake. Most unprofessional oil change I've ever had. When some idiot kid asked me if my car was black sedan when I'm sitting in a grey truck I should have left. He proceeded to top off fluids and check the engine air filter even though I specifically said I only wanted an oil change, nothing else, and that I had an important long drive ahead of me. They then told me they couldn't follow my requests for what I wanted for my vehicle because of the cameras. He drained my oil pan, then came topside covered in oil and proceeded to leave oil all over the front of my car and engine cover. Loses the oil intake cap, can barely find a working flashlight, and can't find it. Proceeds to lean over the side of my truck without a protective mat and scratch up the side with his coat zipper. They had to remove the skid plate to get it, by this point I'm under the car supervising these clowns as it is crystal clear by this point I can't have any confidence in their ability. By this point my clothes are covered in oil. When I asked the manager if he was going to make this right because this was the most unprofessional oil change I've ever had he gave me an attitude. I would have been better off doing the oil change myself in my driveway. You're seriously jeopardizing your car if you take it here. STAY AWAY!

I just love and appreciate great service and that's what I found at the Hennerta location. I needed air in one tire and I can't bend over to do it right now so I stopped asked if they could help me they not only checked and filled my tires they topped off my oil like they said they would do when I had my oil changed and it was free! Also free were their smiles 😊 and friendly service. My car has ran perfectly also. It cost about the same as my other place BUT the top off oil for free and the service was the difference. Try them out I did and I'm a lifer!

I waited an hour and a half with no progress for a simple oil change so I left without an out change. They were totally inattentive jerks. Take 5 huh? I guess there is no unit of measurement mentioned technically, I guess it's hours not minutes. I can't wait to let everyone I know and all of social media to avoid take 5 shops like the plauge. I can't believe you sent this even though I received no service after waiting so long... Copying and pasting this to Google reviews now!

This is 100% true information BEWARE - Their Manager broke the drain plug off to my buddies Chevy and then Said she didn’t. this company allowed THAT SAME MANAGER TO KEEP WORKING ON PEOPLES CARS. BEWARE - they lure you with a coupon and free water - 90% of the staff is not fully trained. You might go there and only 1 person out of 2-3 will knows what they’re doing. - Management is terrible and hires people who don’t know how to work on cars if they can sell you a air filter or something else you don’t need -

Had a great experience! Came into the place at night around 6pm. It was cold!!! But the two people there worked hard. They gave me accurate info on what I needed to change, and didn’t feel at all like they were selling me a load of crap. Second time here, and definitely will be back.

The manager was good but the gentleman that was working with him seems loss and he was on his phone a lot he didn't know what he was doing the manager had to speak to him several times about being on his phone and about following instructions. But overall things were good. Plus I had to wait for 20 minutes because they didn't have a part in stock.
