It wasn’t the worst experience but wasn’t the best. I waited an hour for it to be completed in total and wish it could have been quicker. I felt the tech was pushy with services I did not want. I just wanted an oil change. Otherwise glad I got it done.

They’re scammers. They gave me a price and then at the end they changed it without telling me before changing the oil. They’re very rude and unprofessional. Don’t come here.

Tim was absolutely awful. He was rude and lied about the services he provided. He also lied about the oil that my car takes and then had the audacity to write a disclosure on my receipt.That I did not use the correct oil from my car, so they are not responsible for any damages. I will absolutely never return to this place.

I came in for an oil change and my car battery happened to die while in the bay. Unfortunately my car also happened to shift lock when the battery died and we couldn’t even be pushed out. One of the employees drove to an auto zone and bought jumper cables and jumped my car with his own. Seriously helpful guys they worked so hard just to get me down to an auto zone to get a new battery. Couldn’t recommend this place more

Take Five Oil Change @ 5723 Babcock in San Antonio. Jose did a wonderful job he was very professional, thorough and courteous. He check and serviced my oil, flushed and replaced the coolant and replaced the cabin filter. Highly recommend this location!

The service at this location is great Maybe $10 to high for there synthetic blend. But they offer great customer service. Again with this particular location I don't mind spending a bit more. Cody is awesome with customer service. Polite, courteous, y'all don't lose him.

Jose was a really good technician but this place seems to have a new manager who is pretty awful. He was disrespectful had no customer Service whatsoever. Had us waiting inside for 20 minutes and never even said anything to us we had to ask if we were gonna have service and he got an attitude and basically asked us to leave if we didn’t like the wait. Luckily the service itself made up for the lack of professionalism. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t go back to this location with that manager there.

Was VERY IMPRESSED with the attendant.. I believe his name was Jaiton. Sorry if I misspelled. He was very honest and courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. Turned out I was just low on oil and DID NOT need an oil change. Any one else would have taken my money and not say a word!!! I have been there before with another car and have NEVER experienced such EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Was the only car there, but somehow it took them 45 minutes and the oil change was $100. Was an uncomfortable experience overall, the guy told me “we aren’t responsible if anything goes wrong.” He also made fun of other customers to me regarding donating to their charity. Said “ok man I get it you hate kids” regarding the other customer. He then told me since I was using a coupon I should donate the money I saved. To top it off they said they wouldn’t even fill up my tires when I asked. Pretty rough experience and would not recommend.

They told me it would be a couple of minutes, they had me waiting in the bay for 30 to 40 minutes. Then finally somebody came to help me out they didn’t have any of the oil filters and I was unable to get an oil change. I understand that sometimes businesses run out of things but to keep me waiting for 40 minutes, just to tell me you couldn’t even do the thing I came to do. It was so annoying I will not ever be returning.

Thorough efficient professional. No stress to get additional servicing yet great advice on what was necessary to keep the vehicle running safely. Polite knowledgeable staff. Definitely returning for future service
