Shop manager said i hv to reset Oil change/service sign manually! He dont know how it works, i hv to go back to shop cause Oil change due signs still showing after oil change done, im in doubt what they did! Oil was not full either

I had one final stop. Yes, to get my inspection paperwork. There was definitely a line but got thru quickly. Staff is very professional. I will keep going to this location.

Great service like always at this location. Have never had an issue here and always remain professional, but each staff member has their own personality that makes an oil change seem less of a hassle.

I've been going there for a long time. This last time I was told I could not get the air filter with my military discount because it was already applied to the oil change. They wouldn't price match O'Riley Auto Parts either because management thinks they are giving away too many discounts. No worries, management! I'll just go get my military discount somewhere else.

Couldn't figure out how to get my skid plate removed. They try to talk to you like you're dumb but clearly anything they say is just trying to up sell. One guy removed my air box to get to my filter, which they didn't even have a replacement for, and didn't connect the box back which left me stranded on the highway with my kid. If I didn't know what to look for I would have been stuck on 90 trying not to get hit

15 mins waiting in line for employees to approach me for what services I’m requesting and no one shows up. Line is short other customers are cutting line and no one seems to be worried bout it. Horrible service every time I come here .

The service was quick and professional. They all seem to know their job and does it well. I noticed how they communicate with each other to help get the job done. Oil filter was loose and shorted out high output alternator by grounding it out to the body

Requested tires be adjusted to 39 lbs, although the person (Laura) said it out loud two different times it didn't happen. Drove about a mile from the service location when I realized it had not been done, so had to return and wait for a while until a bay was open to have the air adjusted.
