I visited this location for the first time. Not only was there no order in the cars (two cars came in after me and were still serviced before me even though I pulled in first), but they said they topped off my fluids and did not. I asked and they said they missed it & would have wait in line again to have them topped off.

This place sucks. Last time I tried to go and they weren’t doing oil changes because our system was down, today I go to get my inspection and they have a sign inspection today saying “no inspections today”. I’ve never been able to get a service here and have to drive 10 minutes further to the other one every time.

Great service! I stopped by Monday morning and the two employees were already working on another vehicle. One of the workers came out to ask what i needed and immediately guided me in. I only needed my tires checked but while they were working on the previous car they were able to squeeze me in and get my tires checked and out in minutes. The one employee was Nate and I didn't catch the name of the other. Great and efficient service!!!

I’m not 100% sure I’m going to return tbh… I came up to a bunch of kids that didn’t really seem like they knew what they were doing. Didn’t explain anything when I asked about the substantial price difference from my previous visit and kind of blew me off when I had questions.

Anthony was amazing and so helpful. I had a hood issue and he was so willing to help and work with it, and even tried to fix it. The process was so fast. Will be returning to this location every time moving forward!

I normally don’t do a review and just allow the service to speak for itself. However, I had to hit the road and head to Austin from San Antonio rather abruptly, I had a pleasant experience that deserves a shout out. The service was quick and easy with a kind and knowledgeable gentleman named Anthony. Who provided the upmost five star service I have ever received from an oil changing place. Sometimes it’s not always about the service itself, but also the people who provide that service. And Anthony truly delivered in a calm quick demeanor. Thank you, Anthony for making my oil change an amazing experience I was able to get to Austin in no time!

I’ve always come here, 5 stars every single time. But this time. Not good. Said my check engine light was when it wasn’t. How would you know when you never came inside the vehicle Lennin? Said you checked the tires and windshield wipers and cleaned the windshield and all these things but you never did anything. Then you made rude comments that as soon as you see Audi’s you want to wave them through. I will never allow him to touch my vehicle again. I also had to tell him not to break my other engine cover clip as he was trying to rip it off and not remove the simple silver clip. Then he really caught an attitude. Will never go back unless it’s Bernard or a couple of the other guys. Never that dude Lennin touch your car. I hope nothing happens to my vehicle after he changed the oil. Dude is full of lies, doesn’t know what he’s doing and has a serious attitude.
