This location was quick and efficient. There were a few cars ahead but wait time was short. We were even offered water while waiting. A young man named Carlos assisted us and was able to answer all my question. He was polite and respectful. I highly recommend this location.

They treat you differently when purchase the economy oil change. An employee was about to give me water and the manager stopped him telling him I was only getting the economy oil change. To which the employee responded then he doesn't deserve a bottle of water

Currently only 1 car on the bay and waiting over 30 minutes. When I think it's my turn I'm asked to back up so they can swap cars between me and the person next to me. This place is a joke
