Do not use this location! (Austin highway) Went in for And inspection. My car is in perfect condition. No issues at all. He asked me to turn on my windshield wipers. They also worked perfectly fine. He insisted that they were skipping but yet when I turned on the sprayer, there was not any left over water or streaks and told me he would fail my inspection sticker. If I did not purchase new windshield wipers blades and regardless, I had to pay him I explained to him that my windshield wipers were new and he insisted that they skipped even though there was not one speck of water on my windshield. They must’ve had a windshield wiper quota because I saw the car next to me. He was forcing her to get windshield wipers as well. I refused the windshield wipers and he insisted that I still had to pay seven dollar inspection fee. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager Eli We have used this location before with no problems, but we will never ever go back! He should be ashamed of himself to treat people the way he did and was very disrespectful.

I visited Take 5 for my vehicle state inspection for the 2nd year yesterday The techs provided me the same courteous and professional service. I continue to give 5 star rating. I visited Take 5 for my vehicle state inspection. The techs were very courteous and professional. They offered to check my oil filter which I declined and advised I would return at a later date for an oil change. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will return in a couple of weeks for my oil change.

Great speed service they know what they’re doing, gives you every detail to the services you will be receiving. They’re very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my car needed. They also do military discount! You need to stop by if you want quick great service.

It wouldve been nice to get an oil change but we never got a chance to because we were told to pull around and wait so a bus could go in to stall 2. We pull around go to stall 1,and then the bus pulls out and a van that just got there gets told to go in to stall 2. Time is money and I don't have time to wait around for people that don't know how to coordinate vehicles properly.

Just went in for in inspection had me there waiting 20-30 mins with my 3 year old in backseat crying. Mind you we were already waiting in a line for another 20-30mins before we drove in garage. For him say be right with us so I was like ok. Then he walks up says my tint did look dark so he did his test on tint n says not going pass. Sorry be 7$😡 like ok i understand you can fail me and I’ll pay the 7$ but if it was the first thing you noticed you could of atleast did that 2min test right when I drove up rather then have me sitting there waiting 30 mins in a line n 20mins after I was already in bay little Courtesy would be nice cause I know you hear a toddler screaming and crying. So won’t ever go this place again.

The employees are super helpful. I told them my windshield wipers (purchased there) were not working well anymore and he looked it up and saw they were still under warranty and replaced them. I also commented that I had been going to gas stations to clean my windshield and two of them immediately started cleaning my windshield. Great customer service!
