Regularly have my BMW 535i serviced here. Fellow BMW enthusiast and another manager with a passion for big block preludes, yall know who are.. fantastic guys! Coolant flush solved one issue, oil changes always fast.. and always alert me to any leaks or future maintenance needed.

I will not use them again. It's not a place I will ever use again. The lady that was the service person was rude and didn't know basic things about inspections.

Their customer service is excellent, so friendly, I highly recommend them. My family takes frequent trips to Ft Worth, so I will swing by just to have them check levels etc, and get the ok from them. If you pay attention to their signs it says to Honk if you had a good experience, I always light up my horn on the way out!

This was my best experience with getting my oil changed. Employee Samir was very informative with the importance and life expectancy of my filter, no other company has explained in depth any of the things he taught me. Aliza was also working very efficiently, I have never had this fast of an oil change. Another thing to note is the environment that they had created, they are a good team and work very well together, with a friendly environment.

Terrible customer service ... guy told me we don't do inspections I said I just called your call center and they verified this local does and he said oh yea I'm kidding. I went 2 days prior and the guy said we don't have an inspector here will noon. Which was a lie when I called the number listed for this store which goes to call center . The call center put me on hold and called the store herself. Will never go back...
