I had no idea there was a filter behind my glove compartment until the gentleman pulled it out and it was full of dust and leaves. I have taken my truck to Take 5 for years and no one has checked that filter. The guys working at the Take 5 at the colonnade did a great job

This was my first ever visit with Take 5 and I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00. I pulled up to 4 vehicles ahead of me and was immediately greeted by the manager I believe. I ended up waiting over an hour but he definitely made it right and compensated for the long wait.

A lot more pricey than if like, but service was great and went smoothly. But at that price, I'll spend the gas to go anywhere else and spend less money on an oil change.

I had a very good service the first time I went to 5 oil, which prompted me to try them again, but I took more than an hour to get a simple oil change. Plus, the guy asked me if my car was a fleet car and joked about it with his colleague as if I couldn't afford my car. It was very hurtful and unprofessional.

In the bay for over 15 minutes, finally left because changing my oil was not a priority for the guys working there. Eating and walking around doing nothing was what was important. Went to valvoline and got good quick service. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

Only because a 2.5 was not possible Buyer Beware The service technicians were Christopher and John and I believe it was John That removed the oil cap from my vehicle and came over and told me that I needed to go up on the oil weight because the cap was hot I looked at him and said WHAT? Are you kidding me? He then said that he does not make any money or have a bonus or anything given to him because he sells a higher product. Not sure if that’s necessarily true either but OK. He asked me if my vehicle was FW or RW drive, then again suggested the Premium synthetic oil. I asked him to please keep it as it is stated by the manufacturer. Upon completion he handed me my printout and on the service checklist, the last one says windshield cleaned and tires checked while the windshield hadn’t been cleaned yet although it did get cleaned if that’s what we wanna call it. But when I asked him about the tire pressure he said the other gentleman and says hurry up and get this one out of here I have done business with them for 20 years I’ve had a business where I had a fleet of vehicles that went through and other than one incident with them I have always been happy with the service This is a different location, but it doesn’t excuse the fact that they’re trying to sell me something that I don’t need Buyer Beware

Pulled up to an empty parking lot with a few cars in the bay. Didn't think it would be long but ended up waiting over an hour. I thought I would have time (1.5 hours) before I had to leave for an appointment. Instead, I had to leave without getting my oil changed. I tried to get my oil changed here a few weeks ago and waited about about 30 minutes for them to tell me they were out of the oil I needed. 3 stars because at least the techs were professional but there are lots of places to get oil changed and I am not going back for a 3rd time on this same change.

I just got my oil changed at this location. And let me tell you the professionalism, and customer service were absolutely impeccable. Daniel and his team treated me so wonderfully I almost didn't want to leave. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

State inspection only available a few hours each day. I finally got lucky on my 4th trip over several days.

The credit card machine wasn't working. They only were accepting cash. I don't usually carry cash anymore. I had to leave.
