Edit of review: I went to this location on Florida Ave. When I arrived there were two cars in the bay. I went behind the truck no big deal. The tech comes up to my window and ask "What do you want?" It felt like he just wanted everyone to go away. I had to ask what he meant and he just provided the rudest reaponse. Moving forward...After 15 min of waiting and I was still waiting I noticed an auto zone rep pull up and drop off oil for the truck. I decided then that I was leaving due to the rudeness and non communication that they were waiting on the trucks oil and move me to the other bay as it was moving. The owner of the truck even got out twice wanting to know what is going on. I decided to leave and went to the location on Ehrlich road. Way better service.

I can't remember the 2 associates names but they were absolutely incredible. I went there November 20th so hopefully they get this review. Even though I came towards the end of the day they treated me with amazing customer service and even let me know a bunch of things my car needed. I will definitely return to get the rest of my car serviced and I hope they are the ones to help me.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever been to a shop where the team didn’t make me feel bad about not knowing about cars. Amazing service and they are extremely friendly and quick! I had an early morning service and was able to get done and on the road before work. Highly recommend!

On my bill there was a comment that the tires had been checked and obviously you didn't check good enough because I had a photo of them and they may have to check the pressure but you're not check your tire wear and upon my inspection which I am a certified mechanic for 40 years experience and the tire wear looked as if they may have made a big mistake as I will be revisiting the same place today so they can inspect the tires again and that certainly need to because they're worn out looks like from over pressure thank you other than that everything was fine you're very professional but they may have had a rookie check in those tires he may have checked the pressure but he obviously did not check the tread depth thank you

Taj and Niya are amazing. Took great care of my Acura TL, made sure the car got the oil it needed and did the fluid checks and tire checks, the works. Will be coming back for services again. Love these guys!!

The staff is extremely friendly. They offered a bottle of water as soon as I got there. My oil tech and I talked about music and video games. He was super fast, knowledgeable, but most of all kind. Unfortunately, I had a cylinder misfire, I came back and they were more than able to help. They were going redo the oil change just to be sure, but luckily we were able to read the code before that happened. The team here is amazing, by far one of the best places to go.

Waited in line for 1hr. 2 cars in bay and 2 in line. Only 2 techs working. Asked why shortstaffed and the tech said that the manager went to bank. I was there for 1.5 hours and manager never returned. Pretty poor timing for a bank run

didn’t get the service i needed, not anyone’s fault at all no shops just had the correct part for my oil change, but the customer service was 100/10
