3 guys topped off all fluids, put air in all 4 tires, checked engine and transmission for leaks, and changed oil and filter. All in under 10 minutes. They even cleaned my windshield! Amazing crew. Absolute satisfaction at a reasonable price. Thanks!!

I paid $145 for an oil change and my car is covered in oil. Very disappointed. Should’ve gone to the dealership.

I very upset with my service yesterday, I asked the older gentleman if he had any discounts. Said no, then he went to coworkers, in front of me and joked about it. Wrong, did not wash windows. Not really sure my power steering wheel fluid was checked it's always low . No tip from me. Was the worst experience ever.

It used to be that you gave a bottle of water, check tire pressure and clean the hood and fender from grease and hand prints! I guess that service is no longer included!

I will never return to this specific location again. I asked a question about my pervious visit and what service I got because I wanted the same from last time, yes I was frustrated with his anwer that they cant look it up becase the other location must not be in the same "district". Mind you, I was never asked any info so I was frustrated. Joseph talked about me as if I wasn't sitting in my car able to hear him. The customer service part of this vist was a 0/10 Take 5 is an amazing place for an oil change, just not this location. I would recommend any other location. NOT here.

No water offered per standards, service guy did not even bother to place the sticker in the windshield , handed me the bill with fresh car oil

I came in for an oil change on the morning of Saturday, November 2, 2024. This is the second oil change at the same location on W. Hillsborough Ave., Tampa. Techs: Roberto, Deldrin & Israel were polite, professional, and friendly. I was educated on the various oils available, and any other fluids that needed immediate attention. I timed the entire process at Nearly 9 minutes 41 seconds.

I get my oil change at this place yesterday but First time and last time at this location is very bad service.The employees they are not too friendly. To the Owner if you wanna fix this place change you employees attitude.

Paid $117 for a full synthetic high mileage oil change, service was quick and friendly. Left the bay, did a u turn on Hillsborough and could hear something dragging under my car. Pulled over and looked under my car to find my skid plate dragging. Went to back to Take 5 to advise and they told me they put it back they way they found it, which of course is not true. Had me pull into a bay where they used a screw “that they found” to refasten it. I understand that mistakes happen but blaming it on my car coming in that way is not okay. Also, if they aren’t pulling screws and not putting them back, where did this found screw come from? Overall service was fast and friendly, but the extra 10 minutes to fix something that should not have been an issue to begin with is obnoxious.
