Excellent, staff is great, courteous, friendly and quick. They ask questions, give you time to answer and answer your questions. Love this place. And offer you a bottle of water, just pleasant to go there.

I had a really good experience. The man who changed my oil also checked the filters and windshield wipers as well. He gave me good feedback without pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. I definitely will return. (I had gone to a Take 5 last year and had a worse experience with heavy pressure to replace almost everything, despite having had my car fully serviced just a few months earlier. )

Everything went great! It was fast and efficient. I just wish that the windshield sticker Indicated the mileage or date for the next oil change.

A month ago I came in and an employee told me they weren’t doing oil changes because nobody else showed up to their shifts… Then yesterday I came in, they told me to pull into the bay, then 3 people continued to work on one other car for 20 minutes without saying anything to me. When they finally came and looked at my car for 5-10 minutes they said they couldn’t do my oil change because they had run out of plastic drain plugs… a 30 min waste of time. What a disaster. I went down the road to Jiffy Lube and was met with professionalism and I had a good experience. I won’t be back here.

Horrible service. After being there 20 min. Informed me they didn’t have the correct oil and said they changed filter and I could go get the oil. Told them I wasn’t going to do that and they could go get the oil. They refused and said I won’t be able to go anywhere til there is oil in it. They said it was fine because they only changed the filter. Got out myself and checked the oil myself in front of them. Nothing on the dipstick. Manager started getting an attitude with me because I was upset about the situation. Rightfully I should be upset. I would let these guys work on anything!!!!! Stay away

Great experience! Chandler and his colleague were both super friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time to one of these quick oil change places and it exceeded my expectations. Fair prices and I feel like the boys really had my best interest when working on my car. I’ll be back, great customer service and service in general :)

I had a fantastic experience at this Take 5 location! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the oil change process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly and even offered some helpful maintenance tips. I was in and out in no time, and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of an oil change!

I was sold the coolant flush. It was possible the vehicle needed however, I was not shown the results afterwards (which was promised) or provided a receipt upon checking out which seemed strange.

The worst!!! Kept me and another customer waiting for 20 minutes while all 3 guys fawned over a pretty customer. Only to then refuse me a top off. My vehicle's computer was at 50% oil life. A computer they reset last time i was there. Called company's customer service number and left my phone number. No response yet. Ten year customer lost to apathy. UPDATE 9/1 Management approved claim. I give them three stars only becuase they took accountability for their actions. The claims specialists were very helpful as well. UPDATE 8/13/24 Still no response from leadership. Oh and Ashlyn- saw your post too. Maybe we both need to do a class action on these guys? If they’re trying to screw us, how many other people will fall victim! UPDATE: 8/7/24 No one from management had reach out to me and I am getting the run around. Should I have to litigate?? Not a good look to treat an army vet/ entrepreneur this way! ATTN: Franchisee/ Management I’m not one to write negative reviews at all because I understand how powerful they are in business. However, in instances of pure negligence- I feel the obligation to write this one. Bottom line is that I took my Audi A4 in for an oil change this past Friday, and your technician failed to put the spring back into my oil filter. What ended up happening was appalling- unbeknownst to me, the technician did not put the retention spring back into the oil filter… I find this out after my Oil Pressure light comes on. Immediately take the vehicle back, they put a new filter and I ask if the spring was put in- they verified that everything is fine and had me drive off AGAIN. Okay, now I think it’s a faulty sensor. I didn’t take any chances because of the seriousness of the issue- Called to get it towed to the garage for assurance and that’s when they confirmed that the issue was completely their fault and was missing the spring. I’m a veteran starting off in entrepreneurship and drive Uber at night to make ends meet. That issue could have blown up my car and posed a hazard to myself and my riders. Total cost of their negligence: Diagnostic and air pressure test: roughly 215 Tow: 60 Time (opportunity cost per vehicle down): 600 Rideshare transport to the garage: roughly 40 dollars. I filed a claim with their customer service department. I have been taking my car to these franchises for years, but if we cannot come to an agreement to compensate for my damages then I may have to escalate this. I am willing to give amend this review and post a good testimonial should their leadership handle this situation with integrity. Please call me immediately.

definitely exceeded my expectations. joey was the best! i took my friends car to get an oil change and he was definitely entertaining and made the experience so much better for us. will definitely be returning in three months for another one!!!

Joey was extremely unprofessional, unmotivated and might’ve been high. I asked for an oil change. He went down there and said it was impossible for him to do it because it was cross threaded. I drove two minutes down the road To Jiffy Lube, and I got it done with no issues ASAP. I think Joey was turning the bolt the wrong way.

The two young guys that worked at take five oil change on South Dale mabry were very polite, very courteous, very professional, and they appeared to be in my opinion extremely committed to good customer service, I was impressed. That is something that is not easily done. I will continue to go to take 5 oil change for all my oil lubrication and tire necessities.
