The best experience ever. I pulled up and they got to work and we’re done in 5–10 min, didn’t even have to get out of my car! This changed my life! I use to hate waiting hours at other places. They also let me choose the type of oil and educated me so much. Matt and Mitchell were so nice and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend this place!

I’ve always had great service at this particular Take 5. Bear has been my technician the last 2 times. He is always very friendly and professional.

Here’s a review you can use or modify: I recently had my oil changed, and I can’t say enough good things about the service! From the moment I arrived, Bear and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire process was impressively quick and efficient, yet they didn’t cut any corners. They explained everything clearly, checked other fluids, and even provided a few maintenance tips without any upselling. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines speed with excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

Tec. Hunter little to no communication, if I hadn't been to take 5 before wouldn't have a clue what was going on. Terrible service, certainly won't be coming back to this location.

took a good while to start my oil change, I waited in bay while they did another car next to me. I was not asked to have air put in my tires.

(1) sat in the bay for 20 minutes, only started the process when I asked, (2) took another 20 minutes to change the oil (not that slow but other take five locations have been faster than this) (3) asked them to apply a $25 coupon, they scanned it, but I got charged full freight; (4) to get a refund required navigating their phone system, making a claim, and am told will be interviewed days later by a claims manager. TBD if my efforts pay off, but even if they do not worth the time and hassle.

Always a good experience. Been going there at the Gunn Hwy location for a while now. The employees are great. No high pressure sales they are honest and forthright. My husband and I like that. We take both of our vehicles there.

Terrible experience brought my girlfriend and the workers took almost 30 min longest I’ve ever been and kept trying to upsell oil, didn’t put air in the tires, forgot to put the sticker for next oil change, had to remind them and had to remind them for a receipt which I am given immediately at other ones. Won’t be going back.
