Quick in and out. Price was fair. Driver remains inside the vehicle. The attendants worked together. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

I would like to thanks to the franchise located in West Hillsborough Ave the technician there an American guy helped me to add the right type of oil and to change my oil filter since before I stoped at franchise in water Ave one tech tech there had a terrible attitude first he add the wrong type of oil after wait there he told me he was not able to replace my oil filter he said go to see a mechanic there is nothing I can do about it thats when I decided to go to the West Hillsborough franchise since I like the franchise I am a loyal customer for years this American guy was above and beyond he grabbed some special tools he told me don't worry the kid is tight but I can make it work also he successfully change my filter put me the required type of oil and I paid the service price happy this guy from West Hillsborough franchise turn a bad tech attitude in an oustanding attitude and delivered a very proffesional and great service .

SCAMMERS. I went to do an Oil change for a honda civic, easier ? Impossible. Literally took 5 minutes. Before we started I informed them that I couldn't pay more than $30, the person in charge told that was no problem. After they unsuccessfully try selling me all these unnecesary things. Turns out they charged me $60 dollars. Double what I told them I could pay and they told me it was ok. Avoid these corrupt people please.
