Hey we're quick and efficient. I had questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. This is the only place my car has been to for oil service in the four years I have had it!

I arrived at 11:58 am and I was only second car in line. Disappointed that I didn't get done until 12:53. Shouldn't have taken that long.

New to the area and first time using Take 5. The process was easy and fast but thorough. It wasn't just an oil change, it was fluids topped off, tire pressure checked and added, they even washed our windshield. They didnt just try and sell us products like most places they showed us what was recommended and needed and recommended but not needed at this time. The techs were wonderful. Not to mention it didn't break our bank! Will gladly be back and recommend them to anyone.

The ONLY 2 people you had on staff were friendly. I was not told it would take an hour or that were short staffed. 5 or 10 it would have taken took an hour. Had to use the restroom which was disgusting. Not clean. I will not be returning. To 75 dollars is outrageous Jiffy lube was 60 with synthetic oil.

They forgot to tighten the oil plug. Left a huge oil spot on my driveway. Will not be going back.

This place puts too much oil in your vehicle... This is the second time I've had to go somewhere else and get the oil drained for 13 seconds.... They never have the same people working there... So they don't treat their employees right and their employees don't do the job they should this place sucks.....

Went ONLY for an oil change. Thankfully I had a coupon which barely made it cheaper than Jiffy Lube. Definitely tried to scam me for a $140 coolant exchange because it was “too clear.” They pulled the sample from the reservoir instead of the radiator, but shut up real quick when I started texting my dad. He checked my coolant from the radiator the next day and said it was fine. As it’s supposed to be, a nice clear rosy color USED SPECIFICALLY BY FORD. I may be dumb, but my dad isn’t.

If you going to get a oil change from take 5 go to the one on Sheridan don't go to the one on memorial it's terrible but I took my car back to take 5 on Sheridan and they took care of me thanks take 5 on Sheridan went to take 5 2 days ago pulled me right in da bay but it took 30mins before I was getting serviced and all I was there for a hr and 10 mins that's a long time for a oil change that's says fastest oil change around I could of went to Walmart and shopped while for my oil change for that long and the manger said it was because of a interview but there was eating noodles and playing music ignoring the customers and one of the workers was rude overall it was a bad experience no way i should have been there for 1hr and 10min

I got there early and they were able to get me in. I appreciated that. Also, very fast and we were able to go over near term service needs of my vehicle. Also, they made sure my notifications on my dashboard were no longer unnecessarily on.

The last few times I have been here, it’s a horrible experience. This last time, today October 16th, I waited for an hour to get done and I am writing this as I am still setting in the stall getting my oil changed! They pulled me in and asked if I was first before another lady after pulling into a vacant stall. I explained you told me to go to stall 2 where no one else was at, at the time. Well, after asking me that question, they waited for the other lady on the other side of me to get into the stall before they would start helping me. Unacceptable! I complied with your orders! And they are orders, the staff is condescending and frankly rude. I told them that I want an oil change and air filter change and they continue to try and talk down to me about other services. Other much more expensive services! I also made them show me my coolant level because I read another review about someone else coolant being drained. This used to be a good spot to get an oil change. Not so anymore!!! I will be going somewhere else from now on. You have lost my business. Please don’t reply with a phone number to contact you to discuss my concerns. You can read and you need to fix your issues! Training needs to be better and so does your customer service!

First time, and won’t return. I made appt over the phone, answered questions about my vehicle and when I arrived, it was a very “bait & switch” situation. I had to upgrade to the next level of service AND it required more quarts of oil than that service provided. It ended up costing over $100 for the oil change-actually double what was told to me over the phone. And, that was just an oil change and topping off 2 fluids! The service person said that happens all the time & that the phone operators don’t know what they’re talking about. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
