I took my car for an oil change, filter and coolant. Walter was so nice and helpful, as was everyone else. My husband died of Cancer and I have never had to do anything with the cars. I loved this place. They explained everything clearly, and even loved my little Maltese Dog. They will have my busy from here on!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came for a routine oil change and got a coolant top off… less than 48 hours later coolant is exploding all over underneath the hood.

This was my first time and a great experience! They were very efficient and explained everything that they were doing in detail which I appreciated. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes (they did more than just oil) and they were very thorough

Came here to get my oil changed and Marquise was so welcoming , helpful, and informative! He went into detail on all the questions I had ! He explained what was being done every step of the way ! I appreciate him and will be back because of him !

Great place to get your oil changed. You sit in your car the entire time. I chatted with the guys that worked there and I was in and out in a very short amount of time. 5 Stars!!

There were no cars in the facility when I arrived. There were no Wrap employees in view. I have used Thai for a long time. They didn’t offer me a water. Didn’t check the air in my tires or offered too I had to ask him for a sticker I had to ask him to reset my warning light Kind of unusually poor service for you guys

Marquise, Malik and Walter did a great job of takin care of me and creating a causal, comfortable, and professional environment. They asked if I needed any of the extra stuff like cabin filters and etc but were not pushy about it which was a relief

Went and had an oil change and coolant exchange done on my 1999 Toyota, Marquise, Malik, & Joe, Were all very professional, got the job done quick, and these guys work hard! Definitely deserving of a raise, highly recommended!

Visited that shop today with a big banner outside saying 50% off oil changes, pulled into the bay in the gentleman told me that my vehicle required a certain type of oil that was going to run 92.99. There's a difference between preferred and required and I know what oil my vehicle takes. I'll just go to 44th and Sheridan because they took care of me the first time and I should have gone there to begin with. Regardless perfect opportunity to train Joe
