The young men did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable and explained what they were doing, why they were doing it. They were incredibly patient with me and were efficient in their work.

Horrible experience, Crosse ruined my oil pan completely stripping out the plug and LAUGHING about it then telling me I’d have to tow it. Took it elsewhere up the road to have the pan and plug fixed. Opened up a claim to be reimbursed since the guy said himself it was his fault (even have it in voicemail of which he called me on his personal number even though I never gave it to him) spoke with not one, not two, not three people but MANY of people from take5 claims service only to get ignored or told it’s being “escalated” to get ghosted. Brian Kim tried helping me but I had told him I spoke either Camille Goldman so he left it to her since she’s the initial person I spoke with only for her to ignore me, talk over me and get loud with me about what SHE was doing instead of what I ask for when I concerned my frustrations AND hung up on me after making me wait on hold yet again because she was mad and don’t know how to handle upset customers. Not once did I raise my voice, yell or cuss but now I’m wishing I would’ve gave her a piece of my mind because now I get to wait in line again since she’s decided to hang up instead of transfer me. This company is trash. I’m tempted to just hire a attorney and let them deal with this ignorance.

Made a 9am appointment. 9:05 not even a remote sign of an employee. Oh well, was looking forward to trying them, but if this is how they run a business I'm glad they were late. Don't recommend. Update: They had the audacity to send a missed appt email. Maybe get competent staffing.

This place is probably the best option for oil changes, not only do they get the job but there really passionate about cars so they definitely let u know everything going on with your car and what to do about it, customer service is amazing you pull up park and they get everything done within 15min, i got oil change, air filters changed, they cleaned my windows, i dont know about the other take 5 places but this one is good! Im only coming here from now on

Aiden, Jaray and Crosse were wonderful! I don’t remember who was who but the manager was very welcoming and nice. I was expecting to wait in a long line since it was a Friday evening but there was no wait at all. I hope they get more business soon because they deserve it. They seemed to be happy doing what they do. There’s two locations closer to my home but I happened to be in this area. I plan to continue to come to the memorial location. Thank you gentlemen

I was driving as fast as I could to arrive before they closed. I saw that they were cleaning up to leave. I asked if they could fit me in for a quick oil change. Their names were Crosse and Starky. They were very generous, friendly, and nice. They did not disappoint. I will be a returning customer.

The staff have been really good to work with. I used to change my own oil every time. I was in a hurry to get my family on the road for one of the few vacations I take a year and decided to take my suv there and the experience was so painless and just $20-$30 more if I were to have done it myself. Highly recommend the 71st and memorial location!
