I came in with a Lexus GX460. They had no idea where the oil filter was. They had no idea where the oil drain nut was. I was literally there over an hour. Not good.

I love getting my oil changed here. I’m in and out, and I get to stay in my car. The employees are all so nice and knowledgeable. Plus the coupons are huge!

The technician was very polite but my experience was horrible. The amount of oil put in my vehicle exceeded the manufactures recommendation. It had 6 qts on the stick. I had an air filter replaced but the cover was not put back on the filter. The next day my engine seized up.

They spilled oil all over the engine. Failed to tell me until I called back and said I smell burning oil. Then they left out some of the push pins on my skid plate and now it’s dangling
