Although they were quick and convenient my receipt was written up under someone elses name and address and year of vehicle. When I called it to the girls attention she seemed a bit put out to have to change it then it still wasn't right. This was on a Friday and I saw only 2 workers and they were busy so I do give them the benefit of the doubt. I will use them again as I have for years...hire more workers so they're not stretched so thin please Take 5!

Bri was great! I highly recommend her! She not only fixed a problem I had from a past issue with take 5, but also worked effectively so I was extremely satisfied with her. Thank you Bri, Take 5, I hope you appreciate her, she’s great and her customer service is pristine! I will continue to go there so long as she’s there.

Take 5 really took care of me, soon as I pulled in I was greeted with a bottle of water I told them what I needed and I didn’t even have to get out of my care. Thanks everyone at take 5

The whole team was very helpful and kind during my oil change and went the extra mile to remove a filter that couldn’t be replaced at other shops and ordered and replaced the new filter within a few hours.

Cole and his guy did a great job! However my brand new truck has oil dripping from filter, there’s oil on the engine where they were sloppy putting oil in so I’m not too happy about that

Only ever had positive experiences hear, it may cost a bit more but it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of the service

Service was polite and wait time was a bit long, but oil was spilled on my gear shifts interlock solonoid, causing it to start clicking when the brake is touched in park. It never did it before the oil change and has potential to cause damage if too much spilled on it. Reported it immediately but nothing qas done but notes put on my account. Not a great time for my first visit.
