DON’T SLEEP ON Take 5! Forget what you think you know about conventional oil changes and say hello to convenience and professionalism! I can’t speak for all Take 5’s, but my experience at the location on Maize Road was beyond anything I expected!!! I was greeted with a water bottle and smile! I was quickly taken in to the garage where I was able to stay in the car with my two small children and within five minutes my car’s oil had been changed, tires had been aired up to the appropriate psi, and my filters were replaced! The manager, Warren, showed great leadership as he captained the team to the finish line all while communicating with me on different needs such as filters, oil change type, etc. The team was friendly and open to follow Warrens direction which displayed the team’s professionalism as well as their high regard for their manager. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience! I will be returning in the future!!!! Edit: Y’ALL… Take 5 has me sold! I started taking my husband’s beater-car for its oil changes and I need to take a moment to brag on Jay and his team. Jay was the manager at the time and he did the upmost to educate me on how to keep the life of this car going with proper oil and filters. On top of that, my husband is an Army vet and 3rd shift worker, therefore; he was not present during this exchange. However, Jay honored the veteran discount even though he could not be present at the time. These folk care and their exuberant work shows that. Thank you!

Thank you so much Bruce and Gage for your excellent service. Bruce and Gage were super personable and answered all of my questions for me. They were even able to accommodate my 23 ft C-Class RV!! Will definitely come back the next time I am in town and in need of an oil change. Thank you Bruce and Gage!!

Great experience got right in and was done very quickly. Would recommend this place for future oil changes. The prices are a little higher than I am used to paying, however I had A coupon which made it much better.

If I could give zero stars I would. I looked up the reviews and they where great. I live in the area and never see hardly any cars there. I had procrastinated and could not get in at the dealership. With great reviews why would I not want to try them. The first guy wasn't that friendly. The second was the service writer and his people skills were a -10. Then there was an older gentleman that popped out of nowhere to say my oil level was at a safe level. They asked me to turn my vehicle on and a woman was yelling countdown 3,2,1. I honestly had no clue what was going on. Than the service writer asked me to shut my vehicle off. After that they gave me the bill and guided me out. No have a good day or nothing. After looking at my invoice I was charged for things they did not explain. I don't have a problem paying for them I just want to know where my money is going until the Karmela presidential campaign. I also look at what there checklist was or what the do when you pull in. My tires have had the Improper inflation in them since the cold weather change 2 weeks ago. They did not check tire pressure or wash my front windshield. The service writer asked me what kind of oil I wanted and the had Mobile 1 said that. He told me they were out which it looked like they had some on the shelf. Maybe it wasn't the same weight oil but to me you should not be out. Let's talk about price. For a similar service from the dealership which they would of vacuumed and washed my vehicle was half the price of Take 5. I can see why the car wash didn't last. If the customer service would of been there I would of not minded paying more money but it wasn't. As a veteran I noticed all the different branch of the services and thought this is got to be a good place or maybe a veteran owns it. I honestly would not go back even If it was free. Semper Fidelis! Take 5 owner no need to respond with giving me your bs phone number to discuss my concerns like you did on the last review that didn't look good. Clean up your house.

I can't say enough about Take 5! They are fast, efficient, and courteous. They don't add on a bunch of services that you don't need. If you do need something extra, they show you the proof while you're sitting in your car! They just zip around and get you in and out!

I went for a oil change. When I got home I was 2 quarts low and my filter was loose. I thought it was awful quick. I had a bad experience and if those guys are there next time I go. I'll go to a competitor. Thanks

The gentlemen were friendly but I definitely feel like I got taken advantage of. There was a check list on the receipt they gave me they they didn’t do. No tire pressure check. No wiper check. No fluid top off. But was marked as they did. So that makes me feel like they tried to get over on me and didn’t do all that was included in what I paid for

This is the way oil changes should be done! The team was super friendly. Handed me a bottle of water and went to work with military efficiency. It's like having your own pit crew while you sit comfortably in your car and they are super fast!

I had an oil spot in my garage and went to Take 5 to have them take a look. Jay was extremely helpful. He had me pull in right away. He found that I had a leak in my oil pan. This was not something they could fix but he did tell me the name of a shop he recommends as well as top off my oil until I could get it fixed. Thank you!

I was VERY impressed. Today was my first time at a Take 5 and Jay was WONDERFUL. I went on my lunch break and was in and out with time to get something to eat. They also give discounts for being a teacher. 10 out of 10 I will go again!!!! Thank you Maize Road!!

My first experience with a place like this was not so great. I was quoted one price and even after two coupons I ended up paying double what I was quoted for an oil change. However, this last time at this location I had told the guy about my previous experience and he assured me that if I came in he would ensure that I would not experience the same. He was right. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure I knew everything that was going on as it was happening as well as sticking to his word about the cost he charged me. Things like this stick out to me and I definitely have recommended them to family and friends.

Went in for oil change and I was thinking about getting a coolant flush. Oil change quick and fast and the worker Christmas ask if I still wanted a coolant flush I said yes sure less than 30mins I was out for his first time doing a coolant flush and with the help of worker Ivy getting me a discount I was a satisfied customer thank you again!
