Do not use a debit or credit card here , I was there a couple months ago they charged me the agreed price then I noticed they charged me again over a month later so they must be saving card information.I have called corporate and the area manager and no one has gotten back to me. My bank is disputing the fraud by them and they made me a new debit card so this can't happen again BEWARE

DO NOT go here. If I could give negative stars I would. The employees were friendly but that’s where the good things end. First of all it took way longer than 15 mins with no wait. Then I find that they did not put my splash shield back properly. All of the clips and pins are missing and now it’s just hanging there. I had to cancel my road trip because of this. To make the experience even worse the whole time they are trying to up sale you on everything from wipers to a coolant flush. I just came for an oil change stop pestering people with your over priced services. This will definitely be the first and last time I go here.

I was told by an associate named Miguel that my lug nut was stripped by the last one who changed my oil so he couldn’t get the plug removed to change the oil. Miguel then went to place a metal suction valve of some sort where my oil stick goes. Miguel then tells me it’s stuck which I witnessed him do. Miguel then got pliers from another associate and attempted to get it out. I’m assuming he didn’t think I was looking but he then snapped out the valve and states it was ALL removed and sent me on my way. I then went to the Derby location who verbatim stated “he blames us for strips when he’s the one the does it”. The associate at the Derby location is the one that named him, I didn’t even see it on his shirt. The manager then notices something in that place where MIGUEL placed the metal valve. It then snapped, that’s the other half of what the other guy put in there - pictured.

In and out in 10 minutes. Truly. The prices aren't that much more than the average, but I'm so willing to pay for convenience & for how friendly & amazing the service is! Miguel, Brandon, Michael, Maria. Thank you 4 for being so friendly efficient & awesome!

Take 5 provided an exceptional and convenient oil change experience. Brandon (the assistant manager) was friendly, professional, and efficient, allowing me to stay in my car while they quickly serviced it. They clearly explained each step, and even checked my fluids and tire pressure without any upselling pressure. The facility was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, and I felt that they genuinely cared about providing quality service. I highly recommend Take 5 for anyone looking for fast, reliable car maintenance.

It’s been 98 days and still no reply from corporate. Never replied to better business bureau. Never received an address so I can get the business served all the 5 star reviews are great because the person that broke my car is no longer employed here. But the business is still held reliable for my car. And I will keep coming until I get my money back. The numbers left for me to contact never replied. The email address no reply I have all my receipts. All I wanted was my money back for the service, the inspection I had to pay for, and the rental service because your employee Rachel messed up my car.

Just got done here for the first time - color me impressed! I was offered a water after being greeted (wasn't expecting that!). Patrick and Brandon made sure to answer my questions, explain what I didn't understand, gave recommendations for services and prices (bt were NOT pushy). They seemed to genuinely care about me, my knowledge of my car, and making sure I was set and looking good. They were personable and funny too! I wil DEFINITELY be back to this location. Very satisfied! UPDATE: went back to get my coolant flushed, as was recommended. Even brought the parents with me to see the business. Patrick, Blake and Brandon took care of everything! All parties highly satisfied!

These guys were amazing and very energetic. They greeted me with a bottle of water, didn't try to up-charge me with anything and explained everything to me as they were doing it. If i could give them a higher rating I would. Best oil change experience I’ve gotten and will definitely go here again!

Very fast and efficient. They double checked most every step of the oil change from the type of oil to making sure the filter and drain plug was tight. The price is maybe a little higher than what I am used to paying but they were fast.
