After dealing with an elusive furnace issue for some time that my dealership was just unable to diagnose much less fix, I was referred to Don at Tally Ho. Not only did he schedule with me for the following morning (unheard of with large repair facilities), but spent several hours diagnosing the issue with me to try to pinpoint the problem. Don is definitely well trained and knowledgeable in his craft and takes the time to diagnose and address the issue. I can't say enough how refreshing it is to deal with not only a prompt response where he comes to you, but he is a pleasure to deal with and his fees are quite reasonable for the service you are getting. Thanks again Don!

This guy is not flexible at all if you’re unable to make his appointment. I had my MH break down out here and we had extraordinary circumstances where the transmission went out and the LP gas. The transmission still wasn’t finished but it was at a mechanic’s shop where they said he could go and use their facility for free but he refused and said I have other emergencies and will call me back. He never followed up so if you miss his appointment prepare for him to not respond and you’ll need to find someone else last minute. I wouldn’t waste your time. These 5 star reviews can’t be real if he’s that inflexible but who knows!

I am Retired U.S. Military (Marines!). Don and Claire did a LOT to my 2017 Class A Winnebago during the summer and fall of 2024. If I could rate their business and their persons a 6 of 5 Stars I would. I upgraded both A/C's in my Brave to incredibly quiet RECPRO Models(New ones also have Heat pumps), a month later had a New Tankless hot water heater, a month or two later needed a New Fridge, and had Don troubleshoot and repair a propane leak. ALL of the upgrades work great and perfectly! And all repairs were done CORRECTLY and without issue. Don is great at figuring things out. The issues with a couple plastic covers/parts that came broken "from the manufacturer"(NOT Don's fault), Don got those re-ordered immediately (That Day on the spot) and replaced "quickly"! Prices for Labor were fair, meaning not AT ALL over priced. And would have cost MORE for sure at Dealers or other RV Repair shops. All work was done AT MY RV LOT at the RV Resort/Park. And there were NO surprise costs at all. If you want or NEED quality RV Service from people who are a Credit to the RV world, and if you would also like to meet two quality people in this life, then call them.

Fantastic service! They were able to diagnose my problem, order the parts, and make the repair. Very open communication, stuck to the estimate, and finished the job perfectly. After five years full time on the road, and a number of mobile techs hired, I would highly recommend Tally-Ho!

Tally Ho met and exceeded my expectations. We are full timers and came to stay with family for a short time, which meant that we did not have a proper electrical connection to use electric heating and our propane furnace was malfunctioning. Tally Ho was able to fit me into their schedule on short order, diagnose an uncommon issue, and offer a solution on the spot. They were transparent about pricing up front and there were no surprises after the job was done. I also pointed out a smaller issue and they were able to fix that as part of the same visit. After the repair was completed I asked about additional maintenance services they may recommend and they didn’t recommend any at this time - which I took as a sign of integrity (they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need). Very pleased I chose Tally Ho.

Finally found excellent reliable RV repair in Albuquerque ! They show up when they say they’re going to, found the problem quickly, fixed it effectively and efficiently and followed up. Highly recommended. I’ve been through a few here in ABQ, they are the best by far.

Our solar stopped working prior to getting to Albuquerque. Don was referred to us from Echo Ones RV Solar. He was very gracious to take us on as a late Friday appointment. Although we decided to wait until Tuscon, we appreciated his willingness to squish us in!

This mobile service is excellent. Don is knowledgeable, efficient and very patient. He resolved our malfunctioning stabilizer issue in no time. AND spent time explaining the process to me so I could resolve in the future if necessary. Great work and great teaching skills. Ty Don!!

Don and his dad did an amazing job on my 5th wheel . Don fixed the electrical system, helped with fixing gas issue on my stove, checked all systems, and replaced the propane detector while his dad gave me a lesson on how to better run the water/sewer systems. Thank you!

I called because I’m in town needing a repair to my RV. Rather than being nice and saying he was booked out the owner was very rude for absolutely no reason I didn’t ask any special request. Just looking to see if possibly he had availability and parts. I was impressed at how rude he was. I called someone else. He was very nice. He was also very full and booked out and was very kind about it. He gave me a number to someone else who came and did the repair. Anyways, I just couldn’t see why it was necessary to me so rude

The folks at Tally Ho were outstanding and came to aid when we needed help. We are traveling from Las Vegas Nevada to SE New Mexico and needed repairs to one of the slides on fifth wheel. They met us at the RV park made the repairs in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Tally Ho for RV repair work when you are in Albuquerque.

We were heading from California to New Mexico to see the balloon festival and our refrigerator decided to die. Dan was very friendly and fast as soon as we arrived at our RV space he was there within 20 minutes to fix a refrigerator. Very quick, very reliable and inexpensive, I would recommend him to anybody

We are full timers and had been to FOUR RV repair shops over the last few months to try and get our SCHWINTEK slides working. Each one threw a different fix at it totaling THOUSANDS of dollars and they still didn't work. On our latest RV parks recommendation we called Tally-ho. Don and Claire came out right away. Don is the ONLY tech who looked at and analyzed the complete situation to find a solution. He wasn't going to take our money on "guesses" and be done with us like the others. (They also fixed our son's landing gear) Tally-ho is highly skilled, prompt, reasonably priced and VERY easy to work with. If you are in their area and need RV repair done, call them.

Don and Claire are awesome! I live in the East Mountains and needed a converter replaced on my Scamp. They came at the agreed upon time, got right to work and were on their way in no time! I highly recommend them and make sure to hang out with Claire while Don is working, she’s a charming conversationalist and Don’s work is excellent.

Don answers the phone and makes an appointment. He is upfront with pricing. He arrived, a little late, but called to say he was delayed. He and his assistant performed the work efficiently and made suggestions that I appreciated. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Thank you!

Don is the man! Thought I had an issue with my A/C but he gave me some practical advice that was spot on and saved me money. Then a month later the motor for my awning died and wouldn't retract the awning. Don and his wife were able to get me secured until a replacement part could be installed. I thought the price was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Tally Ho for any of your RV or camper repairs and considering the state of RV construction now-a-days I know I'll be calling him again when the next major thing breaks.

I needed a repair for the leaking toilet in my camper van. Claire and Don showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, pulled the toilet and replaced the valve in just an hour. I'm so relieved to have found a reliable mobile RV repair company, I would definitely recommend them.

This team is awesome. We had a slide cable fray while setting up in Amarillo TX. We only partially deployed the slide and began calling mobile techs in Albuquerque, our next stop. They were so responsive with a quick return call and asked for photos to assess our situation. They came out the next day and had a new cable installed in a couple of hours. We were thrilled to be able to enjoy the remainder of our trip. I highly recommend them!!!

6 out of 5 stars. Don answered our calls on a weekend and got us scheduled mid day Monday. Our A/C failed, it was old and worn out, he was careful and reasonable while diagnosing the issue. Helped us get the problem solved and back on the road.

Don is the man. Very honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Our AC broke as we were traveling through Albuquerque and he was able to come look at it within 24 hours of calling him. I would absolutely hire him again if we lived here.

Our step quit working and we had to strap it up. Called Tally Ho pretty late Sunday, and after a cancelation was able to get to us Monday afternoon. Did some trouble shooting and tracked the problem to a fuse in a panel behind the air filter in the engine compartment. Replaced the fuse, but discovered a short somewhere in the wiring between the fuse and step. Ended up running a new wire rather than tearing the coach apart. Step now works. Enjoyed talking with both and thought the price was fair. Would highly recommend them for any emergency repairs on your RV.

Passing thru Albuquerque and my fridge died. Due to complications with my warranty service could not be done on my fridge. However Tally Ho returned several calls, gave me pointers and were just great to work with. Definitely would recommend them.

This guy came highly recommended to me. I was very disappointed in his service. Took my money and said he would get the parts and come back . It’s been 3 weeks and he just blew me off. Shame on you. I hope no one ever treats your mom or wife. The treatment you gave me .

Don Gray was a genuine Godsend. While traveling across the states, our RV refrigerator died. Don worked us into his schedule, found a new refrigerator, purchased it, brought it to the RV and installed it. He was courteous, professional, and very reasonable. I would highly recommend and definitely set him a level above anyone we've ever used before.

We had a major brake malfunction on our fifth wheel, while on the road and passing through. We stopped for a couple of nights at the local KOA and Tally Ho was able to work us in and provided exemplary service. The final cost was well below what I thought they deserved. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet and talk with. Don and Clair are a great husband and wife team and I truly hated to see them leave after the job was completed.

We was in our way to Las Vegas in a class A RV. We stopped at a gas station and popped out our slides and a trucker backed into one of our slides and we couldn’t get the slide back in. This was a Saturday! We called tally ho services and the man was so nice he did get the slide to go in and replaced the motor on it. Very professional and personable! We highly recommended this company! Thank you very much we was able to continue on our vacation because of your help!
