I brought a 2012 Ford edge SEL. Unfortunately I made the mistake of bringing this vehicle to the shop. After spending close to $5,000 and not having any more money to spend, I had to wait to get the car fixed completely. So someone recommended another shop when I told him the issues. I took it in the shop, and the guy questioned why I had all that work done when the engine was trashed. So I spent all that money without them telling me that it wasn't going to be worth it. Does anyone need a catalytic converter.

If I could rate this place a 0 I DEFINITELY WOULD!! I originally brought my car in Sept 2023 due to side door damage from hitting a pole. They fixed the dents but the paint job was TERRIBLE!! And when I received my car back, there were 2 additional dents put in the front door that did not come from me. They told me to bring the car back whenever i could to get the front dents out and redo the paint job. Fast forward to January 2024, my car was at their shop for an entire week. I came to pick my car up because the manager stated “it was ready”.. I get there and i’m waiting an hr and a half to find out that THE SIDE OF THE CAR WAS NOT PAINTED AT ALL!!!! I was furious to the point of me having to scream and curse the manager out because why would you tell me my car is ready when there is no paint on this car AT ALL. I let them know I wasn’t leaving til my car was finished, so if we had to be there til 2AM then we would. The manager said give him a day and it would be done. I gave them 2 days just to be safe, I picked my car up and the paint job was HORRIFIC!! Now i have to pay for another shop to fix this terrible work. The door color didn’t match not one bit! They are scammers, please don’t waste any time, money, or energy on this place… 0/10 definitely do not recommend. ALSO, their painter drove my car and put over 500+ miles on it!!! Like what the hell is wrong with these people. Stay as far away from this place as you can

DO NOT waste your money. Went there 3 different times and all 3 times the work was unsatisfactory. The 1st time, I blamed it on bad mechanics, 2nd time I feel like they overcharged the 3rd and FINAL time, they had the car for over a week. LIED & said they replaced a vacuum hose. Only to find out they didn’t replace they taped it (poorly) w electrical tape. Charged for service that I don’t believe was actually done, if they lied about that? All they kept saying that a new engine was needed! 2 other mechanics said that’s now true! Need an o2 sensor replaced. Their not trust worthy and if there was an association that monitored mechanics, I would file an official complaint.

Fui por una alineación y sin querer se rompió un tornillo tube que salir a comprarlo yo pero ese no fue el problema lo peor es que me entregaron el carro con el mismo problema al otro día y cuando regrese no me le dieron solución al problema o sea perdí mi dinero 110 $ por nada

VERY unprofessional, money hungry don’t do services correctly and expect full payment ! Rude and careless. I paid them to do a bumper on my car and the bumper is now hanging after only a week of it being done.

Went to the store. Used there linked website for discount for wheel alignment. Although they changed name to tampa fix car center from car center fix they didn't want to honor their own coupon because they had changed the company name.

I give them an 0 out of 10. Horrible experience. Had to bring back my vehicle an couple of times for the same repair. Will never patronize this business again. Do not take your vehicle here. Save the headache.

Scam!!!!!!! Took my car there for an alignment and they blew the motor and refused to fix it! The owner got an attitude and tryed to bully me into accepting a blown car for nothing in return. Tryed to call him back and he blocked me. Real professional. Take your buisness elsewhere. True definition of a mechanic scam.

The best experience ever! being that I am a woman most times when we go to a mechanic they take advantage of that. However, coming here they have shown me the pricing and didn't neglect to make sure the problem was fixed. Very respectful and honest! Mechanics are hard workers and they do the job right! I definitely recommend them to anyone for honest and great job and the pricing is fair! The owner makes sure he takes of you! Professional and honest! Great mechanic shop!

I must say that I am glad to finally find a mechanic shop that exceeded my expectations I had a couple issues to fix under the hood which was dealt with accordingly. But I also got a bit extra done. Thank you guys so much and if I or anyone I know needs anything mechanical done to their car I highly recommend Tampa Fix Car Center
