Absolutely, hands down, the best customer service I have received. This family owned business is honest, knowledgeable and will spend extra time with you to make sure you’re satisfied. Dealership told me I needed new brakes and Tampa Bay Tires told me I have at least 10,000 miles left. Who does that? One of the last honest businesses. Thank you gentlemen!

I had to get my tires balanced after experiencing some vibrations in my truck. This happened after one national chain serviced my truck and rotated tires. I assumed they didn’t balance the tires so I went to another national chain and they allegedly balanced my tires but said my wheel was bent and not round and that’s why I had vibrations. That led me to come immediately to Tampa tires and wheels to look at the wheel to see if it was fixable. They looked at my wheels immediately and told me they weren’t bent. Then they checked the balance on the tires and all 4 tires were very off balance, this was immediately after leaving a national chain where they said they balanced them. They balanced them in front of me, showed me they were balanced which solved the problem. I will no longer visit national chains and whenever I’m in Tampa I will only bring my vehicles here for tire service. I would highly recommend them.

My Mazda CX-5 has less than 25,000 miles on it. I had a slow leak in the back, driver’s side tire from running over a nail. The local Tire’s Plus in New Tampa told me all 4 tires had “dry rot” and needed replacing and the leak could not be fixed. They quoted me $1200+ for 4 new tires. I called Tampa Tires & Wheels and left them a message on their machine. Mike called me back and said he could repair it. I drove across town to take my car to them. Well worth the trip! My tire was plugged in less than 1/2 an hour, and Mike said I did not need new tires, come back in 6 months to a year and he would check the tread on them…….and if I DID need new tires, it would run me about $600. (He did qualify it by saying that it depends on what tires cost at the time I get them……and I get that) I am SO glad I drove the extra miles. I will tell all my friends to go see Mike! Thank you! UPDATE 12/3/24 My husband had a slow leak in his tire……and was needing new tires anyways. Called Zaied (sp?) and told him the tires we needed. He said he could order them and have them in the shop the next day. We sent him $100 via Zelle. (understandable since he was forking out money without us being in the shop. He didn’t know if we were serious.) Took the car in at 4:00 pm after I got off of work. He told me I didn’t need an alignment. In less than an hour I was out the door with 4 new tires for UNDER $670.00! Honest. Friendly. Helpful. I traveled all the way from New Tampa to come back to this place, passing many other tire shops. (One less than a mile from my house!) I will tell all my friends and coworkers about Tampa Tire and Wheels.

Wow I was amazed how these guys responded and fixed my tire in 20 minutes . For all Tesla owners , this is your first spot to check for tire needs . I had my tire replaced with Tesla mobile technician and they charged 490 for one tire and it didn’t even last for 6 months: These guys fixed it with a plug for the same new tire. Hoping there shouldn’t be a surprises. Btw, these guys are licensed by Tesla to change/fix the tire issues. So you are in good hands .

Tampa Tires is amazing. The team here is incredibly kind and cares for their customers. I came the day before Thanksgiving with two damaged rims. They gave me a fast and accurate time estimate and went above and beyond in completing the job to perfection. They answered all my questions and reassured me on the concerns I had. Multiple shops refused to service my tesla tires, and 1 shop tried to jack the car up without rubber pucks (dangerous for tesla). Took my vehicle here and car was fixed in under 5 minutes. Great service!

Amazing service, went above and beyond to repair my tire for me with great explanation and fast service. Paid 30$ for a tire plug and air. Was referred here from the automatic up the street. Will be back here for all my other tire needs. Thank you!

Tesla sent me to them today......since they couldn't handle it......for a tire issue. Tampa Tire and Wheels handled the issue in 5 minutes for $30 bucks! They have a new customer for life! Thanks for the assist!!!!!

These guys are the best. They were able to put a slightly used Pirelli tire on my Volvo XC90 on a Friday night after I had a blowout on I75. I don’t live in Tampa but I’d come back for all tire needs when necessary. Highly recommended.

Today was a dreadful day, to say the least. I was SB on the howard Franklin bridge and had a tire blowout and shredded at 6:30am. So I called roadside assistance, and they got my tire off. However my mini cooper didn't come with a spare. Had no clue. Anyhow, after calling 12 different tire shops, only 2 answered the phones. One didn't have my size. Finally, I called Tampa Tire and Wheels. Mike was very sincere and told me he has my tire. I finally get there. Very fast and great price. I was on my way in about 15 minutes. Great service, and I would rather give money to a small local business than a big corporation. Hands down 5 star !!! I will be keeping him on speed dial as they also offer roadside assistance as well. As I commute from Hernando to Pinellas daily so it's good to have a tire guy on call!! THANK YOU, MIKE!!

Came in not too long ago on a Sunday for a flat tire. Only had one guy working by himself on 3 other cars already and still had us in an out in about 30 minutes for a good price.

I am not exaggerating when I say, this is the best business in Tampa - not just tires, but in any industry. Great service, extremely fast, and very well priced - have not found that for anything else. I had a late night tire issue and they happen to be open, as they were leaving they stayed an extra hour after they closed just to help me (and this was just before a hurricane). High character people are hard to find, but they are also extremely smart and skilled. If you’re considering places and looking through Google right now, I give my full endorsement to just trust all of the reviews and come here.

I come here from another shop who said my flat tires cannot be repair need to change the new tire. They help me to check the nail on my tire again and repair it just charge me $20. The service is fast.

My 3rd time coming to this shop🙂. Took my Tacoma here for an alignment tonight after installing new suspension. My steering wheel is now dead center for the first time ever. While most shops close late afternoon, this shop stays open late. Honest, friendly, professional, family owned. Will be back. Thanks Z. 😎

Twice now, this lovely shop has helped me with my Tesla Tires when no one else would touch them and Tesla was too busy to help. They have the equipment and skill set to help with Tesla foam tires and I prefer them (and their prices) over the dealer! They are also a small family run business right on a little lake with a big waiting room. They are sweet, quick and we so helpful even when I had my littles with me. 10/10 recommend!

We had been driving all over trying to find tires. We called this place and Z answered very quickly and was able to find the tires in stock. We drove over and he had the new tires installed and us out of there in under 20 minutes. Not to mention, they also had them for the best price we could find. I walked out with 2 new tires for the same price another shop quoted me for 1. Great fast and friendly service, very reliable and I highly recommend!

very attentive workers, did everything we asked and more. gave us water and let us put on cat videos on the TV. definitely would recommend, they have 900+ reviews with 4.9 stars for a reason!
