Working with Justin was a great experience. Our car needed repairs after an accident and the process was seamless and stress free. The car was in and out of the shop quickly and they worked with our insurance to handle all the costs. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Tanner’s for your auto needs!

My Subaru was rear-ended after a concert, damaging the back hatch and bumper. Justin and his team worked seamlessly with insurance to get my car back into great condition - they even sent back a back hatch that wasn't up to their quality to make sure I was happy with the end result. I always appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to great service, it is always worth waiting a bit longer to guarantee that the repair will be right the first time.

This was my first experience with an auto body shop. I had no idea what to expect, hearing horror stories about insurance claims and delays and was really quite fearful. Everyone at Tanners was wonderful - not only are they very good at what they do, they have a terrific “bedside manner,” and were patient with me, explaining everything with timing, insurance and what to expect. And my car looks better than new. Thank you!

My wife was in an accident during a heavy rainstorm, called me in a panic. Being in the industry, and having worked with them countless times with outstanding result- I knew exactly who to call. Justin not only guided the situation in a calm and informative manner, but went above and beyond during the repair. Anyone with some education, experience, and tooling can repair a vehicle. It goes without saying that their repair quality is top notch, but what separates Tanner’s from the rest is the seamless experience from start to finish.

Very shady business practices with an attitude of constantly lying to customers. Was lied many times to by the owner, Justin. Waited patiently a month to bring my car in, and I was told no more than 2 weeks. A month later, no work was done, and Tanners blained the insurance companies. Come to find out, they were trying to charge both the at fault parties insurance AND my insurance to get more money. A month after that, they returned my car incomplete. Waited and brought my car in again for another month. Asked multiple times for updates and was never given one, the car was finished, and I was never notified. Again, the car was returned to me incomplete, and the work they did do was of very, very poor quality. They also damaged the leather in my interior and will give you back your car covered in overspray dust every time. Inside and out. These pictures are of their work after 3 chances and almost 6 months.

I hit a massive pothole and bent my wheel, these KC roads are terrible! Tanner’s was able to get me in quickly, managed to get my wheel back in shape and respray it to look brand new!

Literally the best custom shop there is. Tanner’s has customized more cars of mine than I can count, and I’m always blown away by the results. Not only have they customized all of mine, but their repair work on damaged/wrecked cars is top notch. You can’t even tell there was ever damage. Repairs are flawless. 10/10 recommend.

I have been going to Tanners Customs and Collision for body work and customization of my cars for several years. Justin and his team have always been upfront, honest, and the work has exceeded my expectation every time. I have sent several friends and family members to Tanner's and each have had a similar experience. I don't even shop around for my body work needs or visual modifications on my cars, I just call Justin and trust the process. 5 stars is not enough.....and it feels good to support local!

Emailed Tanner's to get a perspective on rust damage for my Prius C. They were rapidly responsive and helpful via email and advised us not to pursue the repair due to cost. Love this kind of open dialog!

Had some serious damage to the A-pillar of my vehicle from a chunk of concrete that was thrown while I was driving. After calling around to a couple shops I decided to go with Tanners’ and couldn’t be happier. Very communicative, professional, and the job was done in a timely manner. They worked great with my insurance company. If you want the job done right this is the place to go!

Justin's attention to detail and his years of experience in this industry make him an easy choice to repair or customize your automobile. Refinished my wheels/rims two separate times after I damaged them driving too close to curbs. For this particular service, these guys are simply the best with very reasonable pricing! And…they are very cool dudes to do business with!
