Very friendly staff are always happy to help! My wife suspected a tire was going flat due to a slow leak. They checked all for tires, topped up the air in all four tires, but found no leaks. When I was given the keys, I asked how much I owed them. I got told no problem, no charge! Wow! When I need anything for my vehicles, I'm heading back to Tate Boys!

I don’t really understand offering to make an appointment online if it’s still “first come first serve”. That literally defeats the entire purpose of an appointment. After I waited 2 hours for an oil change after having an appointment, I tried to give them my half off coupon that was on my phone (my phone died while i was waiting) and they needed the code so they couldn’t give it to me. Looking back after my phone turned back on, I highly doubt they didn’t remember that the code was “OILMHALF”. What a scam.

It was very good. I was in at 730am and out around 830am. Everything that was done to the car (and may need to be done in the future) was clearly explained to me. Check out was very smooth.

HORRIBLE experience at this location! I called ahead of time and spoke with a gentleman asking them if I could come in for a tire plug. I called a little before 4, and they close at 5. The guy said absolutely they only had two people in line for plugs and they could have me out of there before 5pm. I was there in 10 min. Upon arrival, I walked up to the first desk at 4:06 the guy didn’t say hi, hey, nothing. I told him why I was there and he said “you’re looking at an hour and half wait and we close in an hour, but ok!” And snatched my keys. (Mind you I just got off work myself! Last place I wanted to be!) he goes to look at my tire and refuses to fix it because the nail was in my “sidewall” I should have pulled up a tire diagram for him because it was just an excuse. He acted like he personally had to fix my tire and it was ridiculous. I can’t believe I was turned away and treated SO badly at this location. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Only been twice but I'll never use anyone else. Both times they were under their estimated time they gave me. I have 0 complaints. Customer service is really good and they work quickly. Can't ask for.much more.

All of the guys at Tate Boys on south Yale were extremely polite..my experience there was excellent. They went above what was expected. They shared their popcorn with their customers and did a fantastic job on my jeep. I will return for future work. THANKS GUYS..
