Went to TAZ TIRES on east north Broadway in Columbus Ohio on Friday 10/4/3024 for a set of new tires and front brakes. After the guy installed everything, I gave him my Synchrony Car Care CC. He swiped it and it declined. He tried several more times and the same thing happened. I called Synchrony and they said it was his card reader. He asked for cash. I’d already given what cash I had to buy the brake parts. It was a few minutes till 6pm and he wanted to go home. SO..he ups and removes the two front tires on MY RIMS…took the tires and RIMS inside, left my car on jack stands locked up and LEFT!! He left me there BY MYSELF, with a dead phone (which I’d ask him if I could charge it, and he said NO) It was dark by this time. I was totally defenseless…as I am a female senior citizen..with a handicapped hip. Luckily I had 1 bar left and called home to get a ride. Went there Saturday morning. Paid him with the SAME CARD. He told me he didn’t CARE who I was, that he has to do what he has to do. I’ve NEVER been treated like this in my entire life!!! Please, do yourself a favor AND don’t use TAZ TIRES. Tell your friends & relatives etc. also. This disrespectful company needs to be shut down!!!

Went to taz used tires and repairs when I needed a tire badly, they just closed and the owner was driving in and seen me and my husband and kids and with no hesitation.he took care of us. They where so friendly and they had great customer service. Thanks to taz used tires I don't have to about breaking down with my babys
