My name is Emily and my husband and I had a very poor experience at Team Automotive. Our car broke down on our way to Minnesota. We called the GMC dealership in town and they did not have availability but highly recommend Team Automotive. So we called them and they were so nice and said they could get us right in. We also told them multiple times in the dealership that we needed our car by Wednesday at 10am and we dropped it off Monday morning, they said this would be no problem. We rented car got our car over to the dealer as soon as we could and then headed out to the rest of our trip. A few hours later I got a message saying what needed fixed, my turbo needed replaced, and said they needed half down to reserve the part because they only had one left. I sent the money the second that they asked for it. We never heard anything again after that (this was on Monday) so I called them Tuesday afternoon to check in on my car and they said they were still waiting on a part. I was so confused because I put $1,600 down for them to reserve the part. I again told them we needed it by Wednesday morning at 10am, again said no problem. Then we leave Minnesota at 5am to get to the dealership at 9:30am because we needed to rerun the rental at 10am. I called the dealership at 8:00am to again check on my car and the guy tells me they STILL DID NO HAVE THE PART! They say that they should get it by 9am and it would be done by end of day. Apparently someone ordered the part on Monday, cancelled it, and then it didn’t get ordered again till sometime on Tuesday. Again, I tell the guy we needed my car by 10am because we still have a 9 hour drive home. Someone put in there computer that we didn’t need our car till end of day. Needless to say they did not finish our car till 3pm. I understand stuff happens and I also get that we were lucky they could get us in so quickly, my stepdad is a mechanic. But with that all being said if you tell someone you will get it done at a certain time, it either needs to be done by the time or you need to keep your customer in the loop. They did not call me for an update one time, I had to call every time. Very very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

We were on a road trip and passing through SD. Our car had a coolant leak and we were stuck. They were able to fit us in the next and get our radiator and oil filter housing fixed. I have never had as wonderful of an experience as I did at Team automotive. They are so nice and so thorough. I cannot give them enough praise.

Great experience here. Had an emergency with my vehicle that needed to be checked on right away (2 hours away from home). They fit us in and got us back on the road no worries. Also supplied a full inspection on what was coming up in the future I should pay attention to. Rachelle was great at the front desk, and our mechanic let us know exactly what to expect going forward. Great service and information provided by Team Automotive. Thanks for your hard work and impactful customer service.

I had my truck towed to Teams because the engine essentially blew up and teams was the only location that would help me. Teams is 80 miles away from me so I couldn't be there to drop it off. However their service was incredible, they took pictures of everything and had an online portfolio that is light years ahead of a traditional mechanic shop. They always picked up the phone immediately, explained everything thoroughly. Were exceptionally customer focused. By far the best mechanic I've ever done business with. I will be going back when needed in the future.

I've taken my cars to team Auto now for over 2 years, and I have to say I'm consistently impressed. They've done everything from rebuilding the exhaust on a 2010 Ford truck, to restoring the engine performance on a 1988 IROC-Z for me, to oil changes on a BMW. They've literally done everything for me, and they've done it well, and for a fair price. They don't gouge, and they get it done, right, the first time. Check them out! They're worth the trip!

These guys are absolutely awesome! Not only do they do great work but they are very willing to help in whatever situation. We found ourselves with some major car trouble on Thanksgiving day and I called first thing Friday morning and they got us in and got the issue fixed and were willing to help us in any way they could to get us where we needed to go. Thank you Team Automotive for getting us back on the road and for keeping us safe!

Very UNSATISFIED with their service! Fiance took my car in and the very thing they were to fix, was over looked and worse once we got the vehicle back. She Took it in the next day and they got her to sign paper, stating car was unsafe to drive! They totally took advantage of her bc of her excitement to want to drive the car.

Very clean shop. Friendly staff. Informational and in no way pushy or trying to "sell" parts that may or may not be needed. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend TEAM Automotive.

Went in with a service light notice and 30,000 miles on the dash. Came out with 2 other service warnings and 191,000 on the dash. Took $10,000 off the value. More than 30 days later, I have my truck back with everything set where it belonged. What do you think? Edit to add - 6 weeks later and the problem is back. Turns out it was a complete misdiagnosis. Got the problem fixed for $425, half of, and on top of, what I paid Team. Thinking small claims court. Second fix didn't help. 3500 miles after Team worked on it, still have the service notice light on. I'll bet they still can't fix it on their warranty plan.

Team automotive was wonderful! They took great care of my car. The check engine light was on and they fixed it and did a thorough check up. They even gave me a ride back to my house and called me and picked me up when my car was done. I will definitely be back. :)

This place was GREAT and everyone that works there is so polite and truthful. Definately would use them again. Just had work done under warranty and I am so happy they fixed the leak. I was home in 1 hour. Great job Team Automotive. 👏 I had a new water pump put in my car today and when doing this they found 1 of my fan blades was broken. I am glad they found this and I had them replace it too. Awesome job TEAM. I definately would keep recommending them. Thanks Team Automotive.

You find services like this once in a million these are some of the nicest fair people i’ve seen so far in this city, they prioritize the work over the funds i brought my car expecting that i was going to get bitted into paying at least a thousand dollar to get my car going but that was not the case they was so fair and kind that i was actually lost for word they went as fair as even patching one of my back tire for free i will definitely be returning here so too will my family now thank you guys
