I wouldn’t suggest him . I called for my boyfriend and he was very nice and helpful . When he arrived he was real short and not helpful at all and I could hear him rushing the job over the phone. He charged $100 to show up and rush the job and be there all of 9 minutes literally!!!! It’s Al it’s as if he was open to helping when he assumed it was for me but when he arrived he waisted time and money because I then called someone else to come and do exactly what i called him for but he said that wasn’t the problem ….. Wouldn’t suggest him to nobody fr - I only have one star cause you have to give atleasre one star to give a review 🙄

3/1/2023. I was connected to this company via my roadside assistance service. I called at 8:09 To pm & was given an estimated time of arrival of 8:40 pm. Around 9, I called to get an update about when somebody would arrive. I had also not gotten any communication from them, which I’ve never experienced before with any roadside assistance service. I was then given an arrival time of 9:34, fine. Around 9:58 I called again & was yet again, given the run around. They said they would be there in 20-30 mins & that the driver was “in route”. I was already frustrated at that point but I still remained patient. And ENTIRE HOUR went by & I still had no communication or person arrive. I called AGAIN, & was told another 25 mins, and at that point I was very upset & demanded the driver come to me immediately, & miraculously he showed up 10 mins later. It’s past 11 pm and the driver Dontavious finally arrived. He was not only extremely late, which I got information from his supervisor that he was not supposed to pick up my service call since it would’ve taken him too long to arrive, he was also very unprofessional and unpleasant. If you’re company/drivers can not be somewhere within a reasonable amount of time they should just be honest & let somebody else pick up the job. I’ve never experienced such a long wait time for a simple tire change. If he was just honest about his time, I could’ve called someone else and been finished faster. Instead my time was wasted & I was given the run around for 3 hours. I pray I never get connected with this company or Dontavious again.

Deangelo was the technician who came and serviced my car, and I tell u he was great good conversation great help for the car started and put air in my tires which was extra. HE WAS GREAT!!!
