Este lugar el 26 de diciembre 2023 me robaron mi grua en este taller o dealer y cuando tu entregas en el recibo o invoice que firmas dice que no son responsables si se quema o roba y a uno nunca se lo dicen ahi me robaron mi grua y ahora no dan la cara por mi grua me dicen usa tu seguro mi seguro cubre pero lo pierden en mi total loss y ahora no me quieren renovar mi seguro pal 2024 el 23 de mayo ya no tengo seguro ypor culpa de tec equipment me toca cerrar mi negocio hagasmole un boicot no lleven sus camiones a este lugar donde tu como cliente no vales para ellos todavia pague $8350 por mi reparacion y a los dos dias regrese y me dan otro estomado de $4000 mil dolares y es cuando les roban la grua y no dan la cara por sus actos y tomar su reponsabilidad. Disappointing service I made an appointment two weeks ago to change the filter and oil for my truck and they call an hour before my appointment to mention that I have to reschedule because the filters ran out the day before that is unacceptable because an appointment was already extended for which they should have what is necessary to meet the appointment this leaves them incompetent, they made me lose a day of work it is a lack of professionalism, be very careful, bad service and lack of professionalism an hour before Marco calls me to reschedule is unacceptable …
