I had a great experience working with Techcraft. Repairs were quick, employees were friendly and professional, and the price was much lower than I expected. I think a lot of other shops only want to deal with damage covered by insurance. Highly recommended.

The work at Techcraft was impeccable. On top of that, Ross Flowers who handled the transaction was very friendly, was in constant communication with me and it was an overall GREAT experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

2023: My car looks like new. Ross was able to fit us in for an estimate the same day I called. Also, I got an earlier appointment with them for the actual repair than all the other places I contacted. Good communications. Very nice team that cares about their work. 2024: It was the second time we used TechCraft, this time for a bumper repair. Ross and his team did a great job once again and made the administrative part with insurance simple as well. We also received the car back sooner than anticipated which was a plus. Highly recommend.

TechCraft did an exceptional job on my front end damage, they were very professional and did an amazing job and did it in a very timely manner! I highly recommend them to do any body work and paint that anyone needs!

Heard good things about this shop. Unfortunately I guess I won't be able to find out, seeing as how I cannot get a estimate. I've wasted 2 weeks waiting for Ross to give me that information. That's also when I was told they could get to my vehicle. I could've used these past 2 weeks looking around for other places. I've called numerous times & received no progress. Hopefully the right eyes see this review so it doesn't happen again. I now have to continue trying to find a body shop. Please work on your communication skills. If you're too busy for new business just explain that instead of wasting customers time. Nobody like their time being wasted.

Ross, Courtney, and the owner were amazing to work with! They kept me constantly informed and updated about the status of my vehicle, and any update on potential delays. They were also professional and courteous at all times, and very understanding of any situations that arose. I would much rather do business with a company like tech craft as opposed to the larger more commercial companies. Very good experience overall!

I highly recommend this place. Ross was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My car was brought in to get body work done due to an accident. I was very upset about my car being in the shop and being without a car for awhile but Ross always was able to put my mind at ease. He communicated well about the status of my car and I was able to get my car back in the time frame as he promised. They had a slight delay due to a shipment of a part but Ross went above and beyond to get the part needed. I was very happy with the results of how my car looked. Thank you TechCraft for your professionalism and the great job you did on my car. I'm one very happy customer!!!
