I brought my 2017 Toyota Sienna into this shop 25 days ago to have my tires rebalanced. When I was there, I noticed that my car had its hood up while it was up on the rack as did several other cars. I wondered then why they would have the hood up just to rebalance and rotate my tires. That was 662 miles ago. Today, I went to the car wash since I have been driving down a short dirt road 3 or 4 times a week to run my dogs in the desert and it had gotten pretty dusty. When I opened the hood to wipe off the engine, I was shocked to see that my oil filler cap and oil dip stick were sitting in a tray up by the windshield wipers. The tech who removed them forgot to put them back, so I drove 662 miles with my engine oil open to the atmosphere and dust. I immediately drove to Walmart to purchase 5 quarts of 0-20W Mobil 1 Synthetic oil and a new filter and had to send my wife out for more since I forgot that it requires almost 6 quarts per oil change. I also had to purchase a new oil filter removal tool since mine was up at my primary residence in Wyoming. After $81 for oil and tool, the vehicle is in my garage draining the oil overnight. I can only hope that my oil filter prevented my cylinder walls and valves from being damaged from dust particles in the oil. When I stopped in at Ted Wiens before coming home to let them know of their error, the young man at the front desk could only say, "Thats Bad". I will never use Ted Wiens for any service again and still can't figure out why they would remove the oil filler cap and oil dipstick to rotate and rebalance tires.

Service was excellent, issues were eventually fixed under warranty even though it took a month. Euro Mechanic doesn't seem to understand proper diagnostics and front desk doesn't look at service history so keep your receipts. Service Manager is what seems to be holding things together.

I never thought I would say this about any car service provider, but these guys are truly impressive. They are always friendly, honest, and accommodating. I am really thankful I found them. I relocated to Las Vegas and my car was having problems. After getting a quote from a dealer, I did some research and decided to take my car to Ted Wiens. They fixed the problem for a third of what the dealer wanted to charge me. Recently, I stopped by without an appointment because my car felt a little off. They took me in immediately, they checked my car, and topped off my oil at no charge. I was on my way in less than half an hour. This would have never happened at other places. Truly appreciate the level of service you guys provide. This is my go to place if/when my car needs service. Thank you Johnny, Yves, and Daniel! Keep up the great work.

After having a bad experience with another tire store, my son recommended this place. I was delighted to find a place with professional staff, detailed information regarding my car with pics I could actually see. They completed the necessary work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ted Wiens Complete Auto Service on Eastern for professional & trustworthy services.

Disapointing visit Came in with a brake issue Decided to replace rear brakes well they gave me a sky high price over $ 1000.00 to do the work ,i thought i would get a professional job done anything but that happened The Mechanic in charge was anything but professional in his instalation Did not clean existing parts that were to be used ? Did not degrease brake disk prior to instalation , one second spray cleaner on one side then on other ,Did not wipe clean disk just held in hand to let oil drip off .oil was still visible when he mounted disk on axel .then with his greasy hands installed the brake shoes . and installed the bolts did not torque to spec's any of the Bolts .I complaned to shop Foreman and his reply was he has been doing this for a long time ( he knows what he is doing ) and the shop foreman replied the mechanic in question is the only one he alows to work on his car ...Really > Well that did not satisfy me at all. The mechanic was also agitated because i was watching and seeing his poor service.gave one star so as to post Will no recommend Will not return

I had a great experience in dealing with Ted Wiens. I needed to replace the tires on my SUV. They ordered the tires and kept me informed on the delivery of them. The tires came in early and they texted me that they were in. I called them and they told me that I could come in and have my tires replaced. They were so easy to deal with that I am so happy that I dealt with these people.

Miserable experience. Stopped in for a quick smog check. 40 minutes later I am told there was a keyboard issue. I should have known when I tried to pay and I was stonewalled. In the future they need to be more transparent. I lost all that time and it was unnecessary. I should send them a bill for wasting my time.

Unfortunately we had an accident that blew out our front tire across the street from Ted Wiens Firestone on Eastern. We hobbled into the shop having had a very bad experience with the Firestone up on Pecos Ridge, I really didn't trust the Firestone brand. I was pleasantly surprised. They were helpful, honest (showed me pictures of the damage), resonable in price and guaranteed their parts and labor for 2 years. I did not realize they were not a corporate (like the Firestone on Pecos Ridge) but family owned shop. They took care of our car immediately and I was back on the road that same day.

Yves and Rick Where Awesome!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. I went in about 12:10pm for an Oil change and a Complete Inspection on my 2011 Toyota Avalon Limited and asked if they would be finished by 2pm and they Had my Car Finished and Ready to Go, No Later Than 1:40pm.
