Omg like why do they have you book a appointment online tondrop off at a specific time when they still dont get to your car before others. Had a appointment for 7am just to get back brakes done and a brake fluid flushed its now 4pm and they are still not finished but they have got peoples cars finished that stayed and waited in the lobby. Hmmm does that seem right at all. Guess they dont think people that book in advance have anything at all to do that day so they can just wait 9hrs for brakes. Didnt even want to give one star but they wont let you go with zero starts.

This has become my go to place and I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Great service and communication plus car is actually fixed! Had taken my car to a handful of garages around town only to get the run around and be drained financially. This place was straightforward with everything and got me running quickly! Go holla at them (Chris). They’ll take great care of you!

As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed with the service at Ted Wiens on Cheyenne. The inspection report was detailed with pictures and facts concerning my vehicle. This made my decisions on repairs easy to make. I am happy with the service provided and my car is running great.

First time going to this store with a flat tire. They said they fixed it with the plug and patch and charged 32$. After a couple weeks of it leaking I came back and they took off the tire and there was no patch or any work done besides just a plug. Won't be coming back.

The only place close to my house. Everytime I take my vehicle there and ready for pick up something else comes up. I loved the service at first but now I feel like it’s not worth taking my vehicles there anymore.

Very Happy with the service at Ted Wiens on Cheyenne. Changed oil & smog. Very clean facility. Was informed on service being done. Gomez, was very professional & helpful.

Price was good for the service and the folks were nice enough but that’s about it. I scheduled an appointment for TPMS install but it was seemingly useless as I still ended up waiting nearly three hours for what was quoted to be a roughly one hour job.

Horrible service and very disappointing. Not professional at all. For a single tire change, they made me come pay in advance with the guarantee they will change in 30mins upon second visit. I called and confirmed before going back, as I had a very important meeting scheduled later. Even after advance payment on first visit and confirmation call before going there on agreed upon time, it still took them over 2 hours for a simple ‘single’ tire change. Overall it took them 3 hours between two visits and they could still not deliver on time. Please do not trust them if you have important meetings, they cannot deliver on time!!! Simple answer could have been no we do not have the ability to deliver on time instead of making fake promises and wasting time.

I needed a tire rotation for my Honda Ridgeline and an oil change. My tires are Firestone so I felt Ted Wiens as a Firestone store was a good ideal plus the toast for an oil change was reasonable. My choice was excellent!

Overall the service I went in for was fine. However the attention to detail that I experienced in the past was lacking. I asked for the tire pressure to be checked and it was not. Also in my past visit the oil was changed but the Panel was not reset to indicate the oil life.

Went there with a flat tire. We're very friendly and very fast service.
