terrible experience here. the guy that runs the place is a p.o.s. can and will charge you for anything. was told from multiple other locations that they can install (2 bolts) on top of my alignment anyway of charging because it’s less than a 5 min job. went here and the people up front were great. guy from the back comes in and tells me no. that guy says they are going to charge me 100$ for 2 bolts being installed. lost my business thanks tho.

My entire experience was and is always excellent! Peter is beyond amazing! He always goes above and beyond for ANY and ALL concerns I may have.. I not only bring my vehicle here, but I bring my husband’s truck here as well! Peter, is the reason you will continue to have my return business! Had one tire replaced through tirerack and used this place for assistance for repair. Had decent coffee and replacement, install, and balance was all done at a good price. Ceaser and the staff that day were awesome. Keep on keeping on Ted Weins.

Couldn't align my truck without attempting to sell me $900 of "bolts". Charged me anyway for "looking". No auto mechanic is worth $185/hour! Total sham. They've lost my business for life due to their egregious greed.

Your personal did nothing for me & the air-conditioning in my 3500 Silverado. I took it to another shop and they fixed it. It has been running with cold air since then. You have very poor personal at that shop .

I was impressed with the courtesy of the staff, to start with. I liked that I was shown various tires choices, to assist me regarding my limited budget. I really liked the absence of any pressure to purchase the higher priced tires.

I went for service because I kept losing air in my tire. The gentleman at the front was very helpful understanding and let me know what the price was at front if there is an issue. Once it was done, he said there was some type of a large rod stuck in my tire and I should be good to go. Excellent service and prompt responses.

This is the only place I trust my cars with anymore. They have fair pricing and do great work. When I had my brakes done recently on the rear of my car they noticed the front rotors had gotten hot spots and we're no good. Since I had those done by them the year before they replaced them free I appreciated that they stood by their work.

Don't try to come here unless you're looking to get scammed they will try to get every dime out of you... Took my $2,000 Honda for an oil change they tried to quote me 1100 on some random bulsh.. i googled the issue and found out that yeah they think im stupi... The guy Chris is the sleaziest in there dont trust Peter either he will be nice and then try to sell you some ridiculous repairs... Took my car there regularly, never completely fixed an issue and always waaay overcharged me for completely random stuff, while u will still have your original problem unresolved... Even the guy at rhe gas station next door advised me to go to different Ted Wiens location because that one is just full of sleazy crooks

Got unexpected tire damage and when the lame Midas (who sold me tires) across the street didn't have a replacement tire for my vehicle, Ted Wiens got me out of a hot pickle. They had my tire and got me back on the road in less than an hour.

PLEASE DON'T get fooled by the Wolf in the sheep's clothing, been there a couple of months back even though the staff seemed professional at first glance after the deduce I'm not from the area they shamelessly tried to highball me on a basic fuse change. Oh forgot they also tried slapping an extra oil change on my neck for no better reason than to get rid of my money( fyi had my oil changed just two weeks prior so I know it was a SCAM). Stay safe!
