This was my first time here. Ted's Auto was great. Their online scheduling system was easy to use. Took my car in because my oil light came on. They replaced what needed to be replaced and didn't try to upcharge or push any other unnecessary service for my car. The guy up front, George, was kind and informative of the entire process. Ted's acquired another costumer. I will be taking my cars here for now on.

Ted’s is my go to mechanic shop! The team at Ted’s is very thorough, they do a great job inspecting the vehicle and providing pictures and descriptions of things needing repair. In the inspection report they flag the level of urgency of the repair to help plan for future repairs. I find George to be very honest and forth coming, even suggesting I look around for a good deal on tires, because his supplier was on the pricey side, which I appreciate! He’s also saved my family a few thousand dollars, when a car dealership suggested a laundry list of unnecessary repairs / maintenance items on my moms Mercedes. He took the time to review the manufacturer requirements and the state of the car and told me what was truly needed and what could be pushed off or wasn’t necessary at all. Thank you for always taking care of my car and being flexible and easy to work with!

The service was great Especially the customer service very good people. they found the problem when Pep Boys and Midas did not Find the problem ordo the repairs correctly. Brakes were pulsating on our 2013 Rav4. George took care of us without issues, even getting warranty coverage for rotors that recently went out of warranty. Will always be going back even though we moved further away.

I have been here a handful of times and every time I receive great service and most importantly I know my car can be trusted when I’m in this shop. This is the only auto shop I have ever brought my car to since I bought it new last year, and I plan on keeping it that way.

This was my first time using an auto shop instead of the dealership. I did it because I felt like the dealership was making up things that were wrong with my car just to make money. So I looked up auto shops near me and this place had good reviews so I figured I’d try it out. Right away I clicked with George in the office. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we vibed on the show Seinfeld. I told him I needed a Puddy except don’t steal my car😂 He kept my car for a 1/2 day to check for anything that concerned him as well as fixed my brake light that the dealership said would cost thousands. When all was said and done he fixed everything and gave me a few tips for less than 5% of what the dealership was going to charge me. I’m now a loyal customer and will most definitely refer anyone that needs an auto shop here! If you are reading this review and are debating trying them out, just go in and talk to George and I’m sure you’ll see what I’m talking about!

Took my car in many times for maintence and repairs. George and Mechanics took care of me from anything major and minor. I am in the shop numorous times to keep my cars in great condition. They care about doing it right. Its rarely you find a shop who gives a 110% on customer service Great job!

Found my new mechanic! He took care of my car during a holiday and had it done before promised, one day flat, got 4 new disc's, brake pads, brake fluid and a new sepertine belt, oil change. He gave me everything I asked for and shows you your car inspection so you decide what you wanna do.George is amazing at response with emails and his website for appointments is awesome. Looked up his prices and they are actually below average price. If you need a honest and reliable mechanic look no further.

I love the text option for updates, estimates, payment and general questions. This convenience and customer service is refreshing. I’ve brought in 3 different cars from my family and I always feel that I get the straight story on the issue. They look at the cars holistically, I recent bought a used mini cooper with only 36k miles, during the negotiations to purchase the car, I brought a mechanic with me and he said the mini would need a new battery, brakes, tires, oil/filter change and wheel alignment, but that the engine was in great shape When I brought the mini to Ted’s they told me the exact same thing, it was reassuring that they identified the same issues and didn’t add anything else that I was not expecting based on my mechanic’s initial assessment. Ted’s is pricey as compared to other neighborhood auto shops, but you get quality, honesty and great customer service. It’s hard to find good mechanics as their seems to be a shortage nationwide, it seems like Ted’s has stability with their mechanics and I respect they work 7:30-5pm weekly and are closed on weekends. This tells me that the employees are happy and if they are, then so are their customers.
