First... this ISN'T an AI generated review, and they did NOT ask me to review them. This is my way of "payback" for NOT taking advantage of me when they certainly could have done so. Mechanics have a huge advantage with me- I'm not experienced in auto repair and must trust mechanics to be honest... risky at best, and really dumb at worst. I thought I had a problem with a front disc brake... it seemed like it was not completely letting go and getting hot while the other three stayed cool. They fit me in on a Friday less than two hours before closing. After inspecting all four wheels, they determined that no damage had been done and couldn't duplicate the condition on test drive. I paid a very reasonable diagnostic charge and left with peace of mind that my brakes were OK. These are honest, very nice people that treated me with respect... which is rare these days. They earned my trust, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. They definitely speak Spanish as well as understandable English... and I hope folks will support this local business.

Tow driver came flying up a turn only lane then proceeded to start merging into the side of me I had to slam on brakes to avoid him hitting me, plate number was ZK 6288

Having used Tello's for the second time, I can highly recommend them for their work on my Hyundai Genesis. The inside staff was extremely helpful and Jamie (Jay) was more than proficient in his knowledge of the problem with my vehicle and the solution to repairing it. Thanks guys for a job well done.

I brought my wife's BMW into their shop to have the starter replaced. $400 turned into $900 plus dollars. When we picked up the car we could barely get the car home. It was almost stalling out on the road the entire way home. My wife called them and they said they did not test drive it. Who does that. When we opened up the hood we found the , I won't even call him a mechanic, lunch scraps in our engine wadded up and stuffed in the block. I now have my vehicle at Kindred Auto on the 74 hwy. They just called me and asked me where my vacuum reservoir is. I called this shotty tow/garage and he tells me the part was never there even though it sits right next to the starter AND IT MUST BE REMOVED. IT IS ALSO IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ENGINE AREA AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GET TO IT WITHOUT TAKING EVERYTHING OFF FIRST. The mech told me it's not his problem. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. I own my business and I can tell you he would fired immediately for bad work and lying.

I wanted so bad to give this place a better review but this is the best I could do. I brought my son’s Hyundai Genesis here for transmission issues. They ended up replacing the transmission but did not make it off the lot (literally)and the car was doing the same thing. Come to find out the transmission that was put in was no good.... Smh. So i had to leave it again . Now the car will cannot be left over 3-4 hours without the battery dying. THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING BEFORE I TOOK IT TO TELLO’s. This had to short out something but I have to pay again for them to fix something THEY messed up. I’m not saying don’t go here but BUYER BEWARE!!!

Jamie called me on the 21st to tell me my car was ready but had air in the power steering line and i needed to drive it to clear the line. i told him that after 7 weeks i didn't want my car with a problem that it didn't have when i brought it to him. He said he would keep it over night and drive it until the line was clear. he called the next morning and when i got there the car had a whining in the steering as i was telling them this they told me that they were tired of messing with my car and to take it and don't bring it back and that i deserve just what i was getting. As i was driving the car home i started checking the functions to see if anything other than the steering was wrong. I found that the car was 3 quarts low on oil, the A/C didnt work I could smell oil and anti freeze coming from the vents. i parked the car and the next morning when I out to the car there was a stream of oil running from under the car. On Monday i took my car to Touring cars in Indian Trails. I researched this company and found that they are reputable, attached is a short summary of what they found that Tello's had done. This is not a complete list as Touring cars said after finding so many things wrong they said the techs at Tello's were untrained, ill equipped and lacked the experience to take on a job of this size. Normally he would suggest that you would take your car back to where you had the work done to let them fix the problem but the techs at Tello's are so untrained and they don't have the equipment that the only fair thing for them to do is refund the money for the repair. they can't be trusted to do the work necessary to fix my car

I’ve had bumper repairs, towing service, oil changes, etc.. from Tellos. These guys are awesome and are very prompt and honest about your car. I would highly suggest tellos if your looking for things to be done right! Thank you guys for the execellent service!

This was one of the worst experiences! I would not recommend this shop for any repairs! I am taking other means for the damage done to my car. They did not keep their word on towing refund when the error is theirs and still want additional monies for towing. Your word is everything, but the pictures of what you did to my car are disturbing and am willing to share with anyone if it will keep you and others on the road safe. Tello's you need to stick to towing!

Very very honest.. the owners are such a great people. and the best part their rate fee its way cheaper than 70% of shops around town. With good quality work and warranty. Definitely will do bussines again.

okay i said that i would report back and they where prompt on getting the part for my vehicle and putting it in was very quick. Jay says that they stand behind their work so we will see.
